Ponce Construction, Inc. specializes in the complete design of your front and backyard with a to-​scale blueprint design. This is your first step in watching your front and backyard become your dream. If you do not have a fantastic design, then the end-​product will not be what you envisioned. Whether you have your own ideas, or for some don’t really know what they want, our owner will meet with you, show you past projects, walk your yard with you, and design your dream.

We also specialize in the fact that we ONLY do one job at a time. The homeowner won’t be living with a mess of a yard and/​or a huge hole in their backyard wondering for weeks where their contractor is. Our owner and crew are on the jobsite daily. And when it comes time for payment, we offer our clients a «Weekly Progress Billing» where they know exactly where they’re at in regards to the contract. Our past customers will tell you that they absolutely LOVE having this handled.
