I’m a very nervous dental patient, so because of that, have avoided at all costs going to the dentist over the years. Because of my nervousness, would use just the slightest thing I didn’t like to changing dentists, so never really developed a good relationship to one dentist for long. While working in the Lake Forest/​Foothill Ranch area back in 2007/​2008, I needed one, I finally got insurance, so went looking. They were new back then and we received a card in the mail at work to check them out. Been going to Dr. Pandhoh ever since. He’s patient, compassionate and never pushes. Recently, I had to get a root canal in which I met Dr. Nguyen for the first time, again, awesome Dr. The front office to the back office is super nice and friendly, calls you by name and treats you well. They are very high tech with their cad/​cam capabilities, high tech x-​rays in 3D and they take the time to really explain what’s going on with your teeth and general health of your gums and steps to take. I would recommend this office to anyone.

After years of going to the dentist my insurance insisted on it decided my family needed a change. Towne Center Dental was fantastic from check in through check out. Dr. Pandhoh explained my whole situation better than any dentist has ever in the past. He gave me options and proper guidance for all my issues without the pressure. Dr Pandhoh instructed me in a better way to floss now that I’m older and my teeth have changed. As for the technology here, it’s much better than I’m accustomed. Everything is computerized which allows the patient to better understand where the problem areas are and why the issues need to be resolved. I can’t recommend this place enough!

I am so grateful to the Dentists, staff and especially Dr. Nguyen. I have had so many teeth removed from so many dentists in OC. All from root canals gone bad ending in extraction. I suffer from dry mouth due to the many medications I take, I’m also on HRT which has caused dry root and long excruciating pain! My teeth were broken and raw. And I work in retail… I need a decent smile. Dr. Nguyen has done 9 root canals on me and his work is like magic. He seriously has a God given talent. Everyone is super nice and made me comfortable and I’ve had the most minimal pain after my procedures. I recommend these Dentists to the most fearful people because they have changed my life. I can smile now. Thank you Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Pandhoh and staff. You guys rock!

Just came back for another cleaning… appointment as always on time, staff is friendly and down to earth. They are technologically advanced which speeds up paperwork and saves time. All the people I’ve referred have had positive experiences here as well.

They get you in and out really quickly, which is great cuz the dentist is not my favorite place in the world. The staff is always so friendly and they make me feel comfortable. I highly recommend going here for your next dental check up!

Avoid this puppy mill! It’s 100 percent about dollars and cents, not the patient. I’ll try and keep these two truths as short as I can:
Had a cap come off due to the stickiness of hard candy. Called to make an appointment to have it cemented back on, but I was told I probably had gum disease. And that advice was given to me by the person who «answers the phone,» not an actual dentist! To reiterate, this was after telling her exactly what had happened to cause the cap to come off.
After avoiding this place for 2 years since I had no problems to merit a visit, I had a tooth crack while eating ribs. The event happened on a Sunday, and I saw their dentist on Monday. It was almost exactly «24 hours» post incident. I was told he couldn’t perform the extraction due to infection, so they referred the procedure out to an oral surgeon for Wednesday. When my wife contacted the oral surgeons office, my initial, $ 25 co-​pay had been increased by some $ 550 for the surgeon’s «requirement» of putting me to sleep, as well as «requiring» me to pay for a bone graft in case I ever wanted to «consider» an implant. Nothing like taking advantage of someone who is in utter pain by saddling them with $ 525 in unwarranted requirements for a simple, one tooth extraction!
Post calling Towne Centre Dental Group and telling them of said, unnecessary requirements, I was referred to another office. This oral surgeon wasn’t requiring me to be put under, nor a bone graft for an implant I was never going to be interested in. The appointment was set for Thursday, but when my wife tried attaining the paperwork in advance, she was told the surgeon wouldn’t come in for just 2 clients, and I’d have to go elsewhere.
I once again called Towne Centre Dental Group, spoke to the office manager, Bianca, and I ask her this one specific question; Is the dentist at your office licensed? «Of course,» she replied. I then stated, «I’m sure he had to have performed an extraction to receive such a license, and since my infection was over, I’ll come in and have the dentist take care of the extraction.» Remember, the «infection» was the reason given he couldn’t perform the procedure on Monday’s initial visit. When Towne Centre Dental then denied to perform the extraction, I asked why, and I was given a slough of excuses. It’s hard to believe a licensed dentist can’t perform such a basic procedure, unless, there’s not enough money in it???
After giving Bianca a rash of you know what, I hung up the phone. Remembering I’d scheduled a follow up appointment with Towne Centre Dental Group, I called Bianca back to cancel any further activity with their puppy mill practice. Guess what, evidently my rash of you know was actually a dosage of the good old truth, and the dentist was then welling to perform my extraction.
I declined having Towne Centre Dental Group perform the service. I no longer trusted the dentist, their associates, not to mention the pain on top of pain they put me through. It also gave me this opportunity to honestly tell anyone considering this sleazy practice to run the other way, and run quite quickly!

Back for my regular check up. Looking forward to clean teeth. Used to dread the dentist, but never afraid of coming here.

I’m one of those people who has has countless dental procedures and have been to a few different dentists.
I has a great experience with Towne Center. They fit me in last minute without charging me extra for an emergency.
Everyone in the office was I incredibly kind and nice and seemed happy to be there. Really listened to my long dental history. I didn’t feel like they were talking down to Me or judging me. They were supportive and understanding and overall positive. I ended up needing a root canal and crown. OUCH! They were able to start it the same day. It wasn’t cheap but did save around $ 500 from other dentists.
It was also less painful then I remember from others I have had. If ur not happy with ur dentist give them a try!

They only sever «high value» customer meaning ppl don’t mind shelling out a few hundreds or even thousand dollars for treatment that is not necessary.
I went there for a regular cleaning, saw Dr pandoh took X-​ray then he started talking about pocket and two little tartar in my teeth, duang, he wants me to do deep cleaning like a couple of other reviewers mentioned and it’s not «optional», you do deep cleaning (pay $ 400 for multiple hours long torture and needles) or no service at all.
My previous dentists always compliment my teeth by complaining for no extra to do on my teeth, I do regular cleaning twice a year and floss my teeth like pilgrims. So this is not abt my teeth or anyone’s teeth, it’s abt MONEY.
Now they used my X-​ray budget, so if I go to another dentist for regular cleaning I’ll have to pay that myself. Thank you, really!

The front staff is always very friendly and helpful.
My dentist is attentive and knowledge, and my oral hygienist remembers me each time I come in! She is always so welcoming, and I am put at ease immediately.
Best of all, the office is so clean! I have witnessed the staff wiping down surfaces after each use. Definitely puts my fears of bacterial transfer to rest!

I have only been a with Dr. Pandoh for a few months now, but this is the kind of practice a Dr wants, and a patient hopes for. The front office staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I have to say in most searches I do for a doctor of any kind, I judge the effectiveness of the doctor by his front office staff, Dr. Pandoh and his team are like a well oiled machine, with a kind caring heart.
The oral hygienist (Alana) was so gentle yet completely thorough. I had to have a scaling done after years of neglect and while I was having it done I FELL ASLEEP! I kid you not, I nodded off for a min, she is a professional.
Dr. Pandoh is very realistic when it comes to cost to benefit ratio. He always gives a less expensive alternative to any procedure needed if he feels it is still within the healthy range for your well being.
I would really like it if more and more people experience this practice, and share your experience with others so we can all start to see what the medical industry could be like.

I have been going to Dr. Pandoh for a few years now and every visit has been great! The hygienist is always gentle during the cleanings, making sure I am as comfortable as possible. The front desk is always helpful and pleasant with the check in process and appointment procedures. Dr. Pandoh is very professional and informative. Overall, great dentist and staff!

Came here after several years of neglecting my dental health (in lieu of kids & dogs ha ha) but finally got dental insurance so made an appointment. Appointment was made quickly & front desk person followed up on the phone and was SO pleasant, as if she was a friend. That gave me a great first impression. When I arrived there was NO wait, which was remarkable for a dental office. Full consultation was done – I knew I needed a lot of work but they helped prioritize and didn’t add anything unnecessary. Dentist (Dr. Kim) was friendly & professional, carefully explaining everything in lay terms. Worked out a payment plan with me & detailed how insurance would cover procedures. Surprisingly, they were able to do half of my periodontal cleaning the same visit.
Hygienist did a great job and, like the dentist, was just enough friendly with just enough professional. Just finished my second half of much-​needed periodontal cleaning & feel well taken care of. Again, no waiting, so in addition I feel respected.
They have an organized procedure where after procedure, front desk discusses what more is needed, costs & schedule very conveniently. They are SUPER friendly. I do recommend this dental office! So far, not a single complaint. Very pleased with efficiency, location convenience, services & staff!

I love this place! The place is modern, clean, well lit, spacious and so sleek! Dr. Pandhoh is really nice and he explains really good of what’s going on and what’s the best thing to do. All of the staff are really nice and helpful specially Elisa — she schedules clients on their most convenient time! I highly recommend this place!

My 3 boys and I have been patients of Dr. Pandoh for several years now. The front office staff is friendly and helpful and the office itself is very clean and inviting.
The oral hygienist (x-​rays and teeth cleaning) was careful not to poke and prod too much and always makes sure there is no pain during the cleaning.
Dr. Pandoh is friendly and knowledgeable. He always gives a less expensive alternative to any procedure needed.
We have also been to the office for wisdom teeth removal and the oral surgeon was very good. No issues whatsoever.
Lastly, I appreciate the fact that we get in to see the doctor quickly, our longest wait time has been only 10 minutes. I have referred several friends to the office and they are all very happy with this dental office as well!

Ever since a very traumatic experience as a child, I’ve been terrified of the dentist. I avoided going for years. Everyone from the staff and doctors made my experience amazing. They are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and put you at ease.
Myself, my husband and our sons all come here. My older son has had a couple of dental issues and they have gotten us in the same or next day. Sometimes within hours of me calling.
I’ve also had my wisdom teeth removed here. Absolutely no problems.

I’m giving this 5 stars because I love the staff. I think it’s the only dentist I have gone to that I actually feel remembered from visit to visit. I have had crowns and an implant done here. My implant was wonderful… I hate pain and needles. Dr. Kallaos was amazing.
I think all dentist are in such competition it’s understandable why they try do hard. But I have never felt pressured to receive any treatment. I will continue to go here for years to come. They rock!
