I cancelled my order because I feared they would spit in my food

I always have excellent service here. The delivery is always quick and they are extremely nice when doing so. I’ve read the other reviews on here and cannot agree with them. We order from them at least once a week. Probably not the healthiest diet, but it’s always consistent.

This place is absolutely the worst. The first time I ordered, one of our pizzas was in horrible shape and we received the wrong breadsticks(sweet). They offered me a free pizza and breadsticks the next time I ordered so thought I’d give it another shot. Now it is 1 ½ hours and no sign of the pizza. I will never order from this place ever again.

HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time, never order food from here, ever! Let’s start from the beginning. I started ordering delivery from this location when they first opened. The first two times, when my order took OVER two hours, I gave them the benefit of the doubt because the female manager had said they were severely understaffed. She was very nice, and offered a free medium pizza on our next delivery order. She apologized and things were squared away. After that, I ordered a few more times from them, and I guess because my number is on some sort of «file», I got my food delivered in less than 20 minutes. Which was to say the least, mind blowing. Fast forward to today. I placed a very basic food order for delivery through the mobile app. I had also ordered a few extra sauces(which I was charged for) My quoted wait time was 20 – 30 minutes, which I was okay with. This was at 2:33pm. At 3:40, I calmly called the store asking where my food was because the application said it had been delivered. The manager answered and said my food would be arriving in another 10 – 15 minutes. He never once offered to call the delivery guy and just told me to wait. About ten minutes later, my food arrived. I checked everything while I paid only to notice my extra sauces weren’t there! This is when I started to get upset. I asked him if he had any back ups in his car and he looked at me as if I had five heads sitting on my shoulder. He then informed that he would have to Drive BACK to the store and pick it up. Clocking in at about an hour and a half for two medium pizzas and cheesy bread. I ran upstairs and called the store very angrily. Letting the manager know that I will never be ordering from this location ever again, as well as letting everyone know how horrible this place is. His response? «OK.» Horrible horrible customer service. Quality of food? If give it about a 3 out of 10. I’ve been working in the food service industry for about 6 years now. This food is disgusting! I feel like I ordered pizza from a dominos kiosk at an airport!(Which I actually have had in the past) Pizza wasn’t fresh, and obviously it was cold. Please, please, please don’t order anything here! Call up and take the time to speak to a sales associate from either Rego park or woodhaven! Food is better, and so is the wait time. Don’t say I didn’t warn ya!

If I could give negative stars, I would… Beyond terrible. Waited an hour and fourty minutes for two pies and a 2l soda at 3 pm. They are 3 blocks away. I called 47 minutes after I order the pizza and the woman told me he’s leaving in 3 minutes. He showed up an hour later. They overcharged me. Didn’t give me any discounts or anything. And the pizza was burnt. This is a joke. A real joke. Never ever ever again.

Most of the reviews I’ve read take exception to delivery time and customer service, both very issue worthy causes. But for my little slice of personal dissatisfaction, I’ll put forth my opinion of the actual pizza eating experience. Looks can be deceiving, at first glance there are no glaringly obvious defects. All ingredients and toppings are well balanced giving the impression of a worthwhile taste, until approximately 24 hours later. Its at that point, slices morph into a oil paint looking, counter top texture, unable to reheat, useless food fossil. The taste from a fresh pie is not anything that I can properly describe, its a deep grey taste. It initially has something that grabs you, but is disappears into a far away and disappointing hint of initial pizza inertia. I liken the taste to reflect its initial beginnings. I.E.- The lowest possible corporate ingredient costs, purchased in immense quantities. Resulting in a no love taste, a love that you can get at your local pizza spot. Single store, care to the ingredients, the process, the quality and the customer. I’m personally offended by just about each and every ingredient, but if there’s one out of the bunch that really bothers me the most, its gotta be the sauce. What the hell are the egg heads and food engineer’s at dominoes trying to create? I’d almost choose Chef Boy R-Ds red stuff that sits globularly upon the Beefaroni. Its repulsive, offensive and overall socially unacceptable. That’s just the sauce, but in reality, its everything about the pizza is totally wrong for me, for you, for those we know, and wrong for America. How can a pizza assembly plant even gain a foothold in any big city that offers pizza? I just don’t understand. To summarize, the yoga mat dough and everything it holds would be better suited for the jailhouses, along with the dead circus animal meat. No offense to any reader whom may have a loved one in the big house.

As a fan of dominos this review breaks my heart but this location is run by imbeciles. I ordered a medium pie and the dough was raw. When I went to complain the manger«Imran» shout obscenities to me and even challenged me to a fight. I got sick from my pizza and please dont go here EVER. There is another dominos location in rego park who has not let me down. There is also Lillian’s, Dante’s, and Pizza Classico all in the area dont waste your time or money here.

Really, don’t bother. Going in to order and take a pie with us took 45 minutes, give or take. A little ridiculous considering I’ve walked into pizzerias and left with a pie not even 10 minutes later. I’ll stick to my usual pizzeria.

Two orders over the past week had pizzas that arrived cold and old tasting. Took an hour and a half both times to arrive even though the order confirmation emails had 19 – 29 minute delivery times on them. Neither order was during peak periods. I deliberately waited until after 9:00pm for both orders to get around the peak dinner time so I could get fresh hot pizza. The restaurant is less than a mile away; however, the delivery guy said he thinks he’s the only one delivering pizzas. Obviously, they are short staffed but not communicating that to the customer. Also, the pizzas were not in the red pizza sleeve when the driver delivered them for both orders. Never again for me!

This is the kind of store that makes me wish that Unilocal had –100 stars. If you want pizza, forget this establishment. The gf and I have ordered from them twice. Both times have been colossal errors. The first time we ordered, they mixed up both the toppings and the sauces. AAAAND they didn’t have thin crust! Do you even know how to Dominos, Dominos!!! They told us that we would get a credit added to our account. This second time, we ordered the same thing. Expected delivery time, 15−20min. We call after 40min. We’re on hold for 20min. Come to find out that this guy just left with the pizza. The ETA from online was a complete lie. Why bother giving a time if you can’t keep the time? Why not call the customer to say there’s a delay? Why — cause screw the customer, I expect is their mentality. The guy on the phone said there would be no credit for this delivery nor was there a credit for the previous. Of all my Dominos experiences, I’d say that 80% have been accompanied by major errors. Dominos has devolved into a complete joke of an establishment. Their entire reason for existing is to make pizza and deliver it, yet they fail to do this on a REGULAR basis. Do yourself a favor, if you consider to get Dominos, ESPECIALLY from this Dominos — DON’T! Go to ANY other pizzeria or food business. Domino’s doesn’t want your business, Dominos doesn’t need your business, Dominos is here solely to make your day just a little worse. This well opinionated review is curtesy of a long time Dominos fan that’s fed up with how they treat their customers.

Never again indeed. I placed an order and waited over two hours, unfortunately it never arrived. After three phone calls I just gave up and called a local pizza shop.
