Lisa found me a perfect apartment in the exact area I was looking. She knew about the local business and schools and details of the apt. She negotiated the price for me, bringing it down 100 a month. Every concern I had she fixed or found an answer. The difference in Lisa and any other agent or broker, is she cared. She listened to me, she spent extra time researching, and even after the contracts were signed and her job was done she was just a phone call away to help me with some hiccups in moving. I recommend Lisa to anyone looking to rent or buy, you do not feel like you are working with a agent but rather a friend with qualifications and connections!

I first just want to say that I LOVED working with Lisa Grassia. She made the entire process of purchasing a co-​op painless (especially for a first-​time buyer). She was there from the beginning to send me apartments that fit my criteria, was available to show apartments that fit my schedule, and gave genuine input when looking at places. Lisa and the team at Exit Kingdom walked my through every step of the purchasing process and were available at all times to answer any questions I had. Lisa did everything from send me listings, took part in discussions with attorneys during the purchase process and even followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was going smoothly. I would 100% recommend Lisa to anyone who is looking for an apartment.
