As of September 2011, this business is under new management. The guy who used to run it is no longer there. A nice young couple now run the place under the name «Ship It Global.»

The guy who works here likes to find excuses to charge you a few dollars extra, like to put a 1-​inch piece of tape over a small hole on your package. If you object to paying for the most basic of customer service that other shipping centers would gladly provide for free, he will snidely compare your request to «slavery». Yes, the eons-​old practice of bondage and servitude is the same as applying a piece of tape to a package in a shipping store. What an ass.
