The worst doctors office i have ever been too. The wait is disgusting and horrible. I had an appointment at 12pm and got there at that time and put 2 hrs on the meter. They called me an hour later to get the pictures of my eyes taken. I waited another hour for nothing and had to go back to the meter. I put 1 hr because i didnt think it would take so long. SPENTANOTHERWHOLEHOURWAITINGFORTHEMTOCALLMEANDTHEYNEVERDID. Asked how much longer it would take because my son was hungry, they said i can go get him something to eat because there was a family ahead of me. I come back 30 mins later, put another hour in the meter, waited 30 mins for them to call me into the room, the other 30 was spent waiting in the room for the actual doctor to come see me and he never did. So i had to go back again to the meter to put more time… almost 4 hours spent waiting for nothing. Walked out of there and never going back. What’s the point of having an appointment if I’m going to wait 4 hours anyway… Treating me like a walk in. Im very upset

Over all the employees are Ginuwinely nice and care and equipment clean and high tech. My second appointment here. 2 plus hour waiting exceeding my appointment times. This for me is unexceptable. I keep my schedules and expect the same. If you have nothing better to do than wait all day otherwise good place and there worth the 4. If u work and have a life and can’t sit still hours on end shop else where.

I don’t recommend this ophthalmologist office. Please save yourself the trip and go elsewhere. The manager is not only unprofessional but very incoherent!!! First off, when i wanted to order my glasses he wanted me to pay the full amount upfront. I asked him if i could pay half now and the rest when the lenses were ready since i was ordering for myself and my wife but he insisted on us paying the full amount at once(money hungry much) these people only care about your money and not about patients needs. Plus every question i’d ask him he wouldn’t clearly answer them and he would just repeat the same thing over and over with his broken english, and to top it off he had this arrogance and attitude as if he was always right. He would get bothered if you asked him a lot of questions.(Maybe because he didn’t know how to answer them). My wife and i decided to go ahead with processing the orders for both of us, big mistake, they took about 3 weeks and a half for us to receive them when the manager told us it would only take one week and on top of that, the prescription on my lenses were wrong!!! when i informed him about this all he said was«the orders must’ve gotten mixed up». The guy is just a joke and definitely doesn’t know what he’s doing. His name is Prax by the way. He’s supposedly the manager/optician. Please change manager.
