Went here on a Thursday with the boyfriend. Multiple tvs with sports on, great bar. Lots of room. Not loud, but no food. Bartender was totally okay with us ordering Chinese food to be delivered there. Good bathroom considering it’s a bar scene. Free parking in the area after 7pm.

Dive bar right by the train station. Came in to watch Sunday football. Big screen television, full bar, good to watch the games. Kind of empty and quiet. Friendly bartender. $ 10 huge pitcher of PBR on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays. Would come back for a casual hang out and a cheap beer.

This is a very nice bar very friendly bartender and customers. The beer is very cheap. The don’t have food on site but you can bring good from outside. What I did was I used seamless app and while drinking the food delivery guy was there is couple of minutes

Best friend took me here as a bday treat. I didn’t have any food, but with the drink I had(mango passion) I didn’t need to. The atmosphere was chill and it’s an awesome place to relax. It’s a rare find to have a bartender that smiles. It sucks that I now live in Brooklyn, but no worries. I’m most definitely going back.

I gave this one five stars for 1) the quality of its Guinness 2) the warm hospitality of the owner, Sean O’Hanlon and 3) the terrific service with a smile from Samantha the bartender. It was even better years ago when they served food and it would be even better if some more ladies would patronize the place!

I’m echoing the sentiments of others. Not a very«fun» place, but if you want a drink for relatively cheap, this place is an OK option.

OK maybe it deserves two stars, but I doubt it. Walking in on a Sunday afternoon the place literally reeked of stale beer. Last time I smelled something similar was at a frat house party forty years ago. They need to clean up more often; unless somebody spilled a whole keg the night before. Undaunted, I asked if the kitchen was open. Nope. So we walked an extra block to Cobblestone. But it is a local dive bar; a few taps; I did not stay long enough to ask the brands. Would I expect the tap lines to be clean in a place like this? What do you think?

Drinks only at O’hanlon and that’s just fine. its an old man bar at its finest. nice bartenders and a low key crowd. I’ve spent many a night there… I think.

The place isn’t much, but when the weather is nice it’s a good place to check out. There’s a good sized private patio in the back that never has a crowd and is great for hanging out. Otherwise the place is just a local dive bar. The local scene can be a little depressing at times, but the place is good if you come with a little group. It doesn’t take many people to take the bar over so that’s kinda fun. They have a simple yet decent beer selection for domestics and imports. The bartenders are cool and do «buy-backs» if you get enough rounds. It’s got a jukebox, a few TVs(including a projector), and one of those little bar game machines. They don’t have any food except for those little Combos snack pretzel things you had back in the 80s. It’s literally right next to the Union Turnpike subway stop for the E/F so if you find yourself there and need a frosty bev you should as well stop in.
