Sadok founded Reliable Renovators in 1989 and has grown the business in scope and direction over the years. He started out doing complete apartment renovations for building sponsors during the height of coop conversions in Forest Hills and Kew Gardens. This business developed into remodeling for private coop shareholders and homeowners, expanding through word of mouth by our satisfied customers. Sadok guides his customers through the renovation process, for the best use of space as well as assistance in finding the best cabinets, fixtures, tiles and accessories to meet their budget. He is licensed and insured and thoroughly experienced in the coop board approval process.
