Horrible. I would not recommend at all. The masseuse was rude. I felt like she didn’t know what she was doing the whole time I was there. Then when I came home I had terrible backache for two days. I will never go back there.

How I used to love this place. Like watching the end of any of the Toy Story trilogy, I feel sadness(and back pain). There one was a masseuse name Sophie. She had hands of silken gold. Sophie went back to China(or so I’m told) and the quality went right along with her. Did I try the other masseuses? Yes, I’m insulted you even asked. I’m not that snobby. Did I go on different days? Of course! I’m a busy lady. Why are the other massages so bad? I have lots of knots. I’m a stressed person in a small frame and I need someone who knows what they’re doing, isn’t afraid to put on some pressure, and isn’t intimidated by my knot collection. The other massages I had were too soft, poorly done, or they are too afraid of my small size to handle my knots. I’ve had enough. Fair well

Clean, not fancy, very good massage from ruby great price. Wish there were speakers in every room for the soothing music, so you don’t hear what’s going on outside. Maybe the timers could be more subtle instead of the cook timers.

Amazing experience. Linda did an amazing job. I was in so much pain and I was so tense. She got rid of all the knots in my back. I felt like a new person. I usually go all the way into flushing but it’s nice to have something in the area. My new weekly spot. Very clean and professional.

Had my massage done by Lulu. She asked me what type of massage I want and how much pressure. I asked for medium and she stuck with it. Throughout the massage, she asked if everything was okay. Highly recommend. I got the 60 minutes massage for $ 45 plus tax and a 20% tip. There are two smaller sofa chairs in the waiting area. My only comment is that it was a bit chilly inside the whole salon and it gets cold when only a towel is covering you. It can get a bit noisy if more than two therapists are working and talking to clients, otherwise it is nice and relaxing.

I also walk by there but never went in. I walked in today a knot and muscle spasms. When I was done I felt as if tons of brick was lifted. There was no waiting which I loved the most.

Just received the best deep tissue I’ve ever had. It was very affordable and clean. I called before I went in and they took me immediately. The only thing I did not like was that the woman reminded me that there was a 20% tip after the massage right before I tipped her. Besides that, I highly recommend.

I have been to this place three times in the last year, and enjoyed each visit. Today I saw Lulu. She has a great technique, perfect combination of soft and firm; I walked in feeling like a pile of rocks and left feeling like a bowl of jello. What the other reviews say is true; there is no acoustic separation, and you do hear other timers beeping and people coming in and out. Personally, I am happy to compromise on this point for the trade off– a very reasonably priced and well executed massage in a clean and comfortable room. I will definitely be going back(many times)!!!

I went here today with a friend of mine, we both got the 30 mins foot massage. It was good and relaxing and felt great after having aching feet from a lot of pressure/walking. This was my first foot massage and definitely will come back for the hour one and also hot stone. The only con is that the rooms don’t have doors, just curtains so you hear the talking outside or when customers enter/exit. But I was we to block that out… so it was manageable for me. I would give this place 3.5 but since help doesn’t offer that than it’s 3 for now, will update after hot stone massage. Me and my friend massues Linda and lulu.

Pros: highly recommend, I always see LuLu she has a firm and soothing pressure. Works excellent on problem areas and helps alleviate back, neck and shoulder pain. They have a card rewards program so after you purchase 5 massages you get your next one free. Very comfy chairs in waiting room. Cons: they charge more if you use card vs cash. Walls are thin can hear so many noises. Overall I will be back.

Just finished a couples massage with Linda and I’m not sure the other masseuses name. It was amazing! It was the fastest 1 hour of my life and I cannot wait to go back! Great price, soothing environment and amazing technicians. If I had one complaint it would be the constant loud timers going off. They need softer more soothing timers, or maybe a gong.

Decent prices advertised outside brought me in. I came in and was told there would be a short 29 minute wait which I agreed to. I was asked to sit and relax in the area with the reclining chairs. Calm music and peaceful, except I’m writing this ½ way through my 1 hour for massage and twice I’ve heard customers disputing either tipping or pricing. It seems this couple was misled into getting time they were clear they didn’t want only to be over charged. So, while it seems it wasn’t an error I the customers fault the women working here are taking a bit long to admit their error in the matter. So far my experience is great but it’s concerning that I’ve been in here 29 minutes to see both of the only two people I’ve seen have issues at check out.

I went there for the first time this past weekend. Everything the poor reviews say about this place are true. It’s inexpensive at about $ 50/hour. My hour sessions were far from relaxing. I kind of stood in the room alone for about 5 minutes before I noticed the sign giving me instructions to get on the table. The therapist dropped me off and didn’t leave me any directions. I wasn’t expecting a fancy spa experience, but at least some quiet and not a beeping timer. They would benefit from some quiet music playing in the background. The message itself was… rough. I’ve a few in my life. I know they are suppose to work the knots out of your back, but my back is completely sore. Maybe it’s just not my style. I didn’t feel relaxed afterwards to say the least. Would I come back? I don’t think so.

The place is tiny and cramped. There is no waiting area because the masseuses are in there waiting for customers. Also there’s not much privacy, the rooms only use curtains as doors and they don’t even reach the floor. As I walked in and I saw cars and toy trucks lined up along the hallway outside the rooms. There weren’t any kids while I was there, but there’s evidence of them. Which is kind of creepy because I’m sure they’d be looking under the curtains of each room. The rooms also have metal framing every 2′ which means they were put together by a handyman. Obviously you can hear right through them. I’m not sure what would happen if you tried to lean against a wall. The last thing that bothered me, was that they used timers. The kind that you use while cooking. So every 30mins or so you’d hear an alarm going off, which was rather un-relaxing. This is the first place I’ve experienced this issue.

These people are good at what they do — and I am super grateful! I tried this place on a whim(actually, I was unable to stand up straight without pain and was completely desperate for help!) and left delightfully surprised — and impressed. I should also state that the first time I stepped in for a massage was the first time I had ever had a massage. My back was completely wrecked(turned out my running shoes went kaput) and I needed some quick therapy. At my first visit they asked if I was ok having a male masseuse. I said«fine», but then I would have been ok with Attila the Hun doing the massage. I just needed to be out of pain. Gerry was terrific!!! That day and every time since I’ve gone for the deep tissue massages. They all have different styles and most of them are extraordinary. I would recommend Gerry, Amy and Kylie(I think that was her name!). The prices are very reasonable — $ 50 for a 1-hour deep tissue massage. The space itself is small, but seems to be kept up nicely. It’s always clean when I go and the rooms are private. Reading reviews of other massage spas, I’ve heard about co-ed changing rooms. That wouldn’t be for me. This place is clean and you change in private and you get a spectacular service. I will continue coming back here!

The staff is very pleasant and the place is always clean. I’ve never have to wait for a service but they definitely get busy on weekend afternoons to early evenings. I only wish the had white noise machines or more noise control to make the experience more relaxing. I always get distracted by the people coming in and out. But on the other hand it’s good to know they are popular and obviously have regulars. This is my regular spot.

Everything was great except the tip part where I have 18% which is more than the usual 15% and they said I needed to give more. It was awkward. They should just have a sign that says something like tip minimum 20% required. Its stops the awkwardness.

Loved them once but not after tonight! Massage was just ok and not once did they asked what I needed or wanted for the hour massage. My husband and I were separated after we asked for the same room. My husband’s therapist walked out when the door bell rang with not a word as to why. I paid the normal rate and then gave a tip. It wasnt enough. They asked for more tip! Sorry but you just lost my business.

This is place is awesome !! This was our second time and definitely not our last! I think Monica is not appreciate and doesn’t know common courtesy and the laws of gratuity. These masseurs work on tips and that is what they live on. I had jerry The first time and requested him again! He is amazing and the entire place is awesome!!!

The prices are amazing! $ 45 for a 60 minutes massage? Yes please! I walked in and was able to get a massage right away. A dude did my massage and he was awesome. He did a very thorough job from head to toe. I would definitely go back here!
