Established in 1998.

Sharon K Sill has been practicing law for over 29 years. She founded Sharon K. Sill, Ltd in 1998 choosing to focus on family law, probate and estate planning, to better serve her clients and their families. Her paralegal, Janice Billman, joined her in 1999 and together they have assisted many clients through difficult times and continue to do so today.

Sharon K Sill has been practicing law for over 29 years. She founded Sharon K. Sill, Ltd in 1998 choosing to focus on family law, probate and estate planning, to better serve her clients and their families. Her down to earth approach, dedication to service and years of experience support her ability to adapt to each client’s unique circumstances and provide effective guidance and successful results. Sharon believes in mediation whenever possible but when necessary she is a strong and unrelenting advocate in the courtroom.

As a Qualified Neutral, Sharon serves as a mediator to help parties resolve civil disputes and family law issues. She is also a Qualified Civil Arbitrator, Financial Early Neutral Evaluator, Social Early Neutral Evaluator and serves as a court appointed parenting time expeditor.

An alumnus of St. Olaf College, she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in political science and religion. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at William Mitchell College.
