Eagle’s Nest Child Development Center

OMG, where do I begin? This is the best daycare in Forest Park. My 11 year old went here when he was small. Therefore, once I had more kids this was the only choice for me. The staff throughout the building are phenomenal. I’m welcomed every morning with a smile and kind words from Ms. Veal. She makes sure all of my children are taken care of even though she doesn’t teach a class. There is so much I can say about Mrs. Carter. She is one of the best teachers I have seen in my life. My girls respond so well to her. She potty trained them all by herself. Seriously I did the bare minimum at home. They learned all of the curriculum relevant to their age group in an appropriate amount of time. When it was time for my now 4 year old to leave her class, I was begging for her to let her stay. Once she was moved into Ms. Brooks class I was still very pleased and my daughter loves her dearly. Ms. Brooks teaches her information that I did not even think she would know until pre-​k. Mrs. Elliott the owner is top notch she makes sure her staff is doing what they are suppose to do when they are suppose to do it. The daycare is always clean and everyone knows their job. I’m quite sure if they didn’t know Mrs. Elliott would make sure they learned whatever it was fast.
This is the type of daycare that has a waiting list most of the time. I have been on that waiting list and I went back every week to see when I could bring my child. I love this place and I would recommend it to everyone in this area. The prices are great and the staff is like a family.

Amazing! This is the only child care center that I’ve come across where I don’t worry about my child’s well being while I’m working. I drop him off and know he’s in good hands. He’s only a few months old but his demeanor and behavior each day is much better vs another center in the area. He actually seems happy to go! The teachers are like family and really make the children feel welcomed and loved. It’s a great atmosphere! I’m so impressed by them that I’ve decided to continue living on the south side despite my desire to move north just to keep my child here. This place is a gem.

This is more than just a daycare center! It is truly a place that focuses on child development and education. The teachers are awesome and provide a very clean and safe environment for the children. My daughter Maya loves it here!
I’ve been to several day care facilities in the area and have never been as impressed with the quality as I am with Eagles Nest! Maya has grown so much and enjoys learning.

I love love love this daycare. All 3 of my children have attended this daycare. The teachers there are amazing. They start teaching and interacting with the kids from age 6 weeks to Pre-​K. I was convinced that the teachers truly interact and teach the kids when I came home one day and my 12 month old began reading the letters on my shirt. I was impressed by this and very pleased that she was learning her alphabet versus just playing with toys.
They also have after school care from ages 5 to 12 years old and summer camp for ages 4 to 12 years old. My kids have learned so much from being there.
