Subway

WORST SERVICE EVER. I helped my grandmother into the women’s bathroom and we found the toilet seat covered in urine and floors that show a lack of maintenance. The sandwich table is very disorganized and rather disgusting. The associates were extremely disrespectful to myself and the other customers. The rudeness and insolence was so alarming that I threw my food away after reflection.

Bottom lines:
1. Clean store
2. Limited free parking spots in the back with a back door entrance
3. Large store
4. Lots of tables and large chairs to sit on
5. Corner of circle and Madison
6. Generosity of toppings depends on who is putting it on. I’m fairly certain the Owner works there regularly. He smiles and is always generous. The woman, his wife I believe, is always stingy with the toppings. I usually clear my throat and indicate with my eye brow «please put more than two pieces of onions»
7. Free wifi
Otherwise it’s just another subway except very clean.

Unexpected trip to Forest Park today. It was about noon time and I needed to eat something really badly. I found Subway near by and it was a perfect choice. Everything fresh and very tasty.

i went in one time since the new owners took over, won’t be back. i ordered bmt with double meat, he didn’t double the ham, i asked him about it, he said their «formula» for this sandwich didn’t call for that, i told him every other Subway’s «formula» did call for that, «well, not ours»… ok, i can buy my lunch somewhere else…

My boyfriend and I always chose this Subway to eat it. We always have a gentleman that makes are sandwiches. I am pretty sure he is the owner and does a great job of remembering what I order since it’s always the same. He also knows my love pickles and gives me a bunch extra. Customer service is always great!

I go here with my friends all the time, and Sunny, who I assume is the manager, knows us and what we order. He’s also a really sweet and funny guy. I definitely recommend this place.

I suppose it’s high time this place gets a review.
As a vegetarian, it’s hard to find a place for a fast meal. Fast food, if you will. Subway is pretty much my go-​to place and I love this particular location.
I get the same variety of veggie sub every single time although I keep meaning to try the falafel just for something different.
Their honey mustard is what keeps me coming back to the veggie every time. I’m not sure how that’d taste with falafel.
I go so often (usually for lunch) that by the time I’m in the door, my sandwich is already made for me and waiting at the cash register.
The couple that works here is so sweet. I have never been there and them not be there. They literally work from open to close like every single day and are so sweet.
If my husband stops in on the way home, I never have to worry about him screwing up my sandwich because the employees know what I want. I wish I knew their names, but I don’t.
It’s nice to go where you’re treated well!
