BAD customer service!!! We used this company to remove property at a wholesale price rather than do an estate sale. The agreement was that all specified items would be removed. They left two large items, which caused us great difficulty in moving ourselves. When I called to complain, I told Shane (the owner) that unfortunately I would have to rescind the recommendation I had given a friend, as well as leave a bad review. He said that this was threatening him. He continued to be rude and condescending to me, and then hung up on me. Very untrustworthy company!

Don’t use to auction your items!!! There are plenty of better and more professional auction houses in the area. They set the bar low, and don’t even reach that!
