is what gives Domenic’s such a unique new taste. From Caribbean

jerk chicken and Italian meatloaf to white lightning pizza and build

your own pasta, the menu at Domenic’s offers a wide variety of dishes

inspired by cultures as diverse and flavorful as Italy, Greece and the

Caribbean Islands. Our chef updates the menu regularly, adding new

dishes created in Domenic’s kitchen.

History

Established in 2003.

Although previously successful in Atlanta, owner Brian Tessari is fulfilled a life-​long dream by opening a restaurant in his native Fort Collins. «The knowledge and expertise that I acquired in Atlanta was immense, but I recognized several years ago that my ultimate goals were unreachable without returning home. I have become acutely aware that my overall success and happiness is dependent on being close to family and friends, and I am genuinely excited to share Domenic’s with them.» Tessari also emphasizes his desire to provide the community of Fort Collins with a restaurant and bar that is unique to the city, providing excellence in service, ambiance and culinary flavors, while affording patrons an authentic dining experience at a reasonable price.
