OMG! I brought my new swimsuit in; I had ordered it too long in the torso…“no problem, a quick fix””,“sez I to myself. I know how to do it, it’s real simple(done it before)…a straight seam across the crotch, and cut off the excess. The shopkeeper wouldn’t even try; waved her hands in the air making scissors-cutting motions and shaking her head. All while trying to talk around a huge mouthful of food.*sigh* Thick accents I can deal with; no problem, but don’t hang out your sign as a Tailor if you can’t/refuse to do SIMPLEALTERATIONS! I could do the swimsuit alteration when I was 10 yrs old!

3.5 stars. I have been here before in the past for minor repairs to some clothing of mine and it was completed within a few minutes. This last time I was here I had to wait about three days for what I considered a minor repair to get done. This time I had to pay $ 8 as opposed to the typical $ 3 or 4 dollars which is not really a big issue to me but more expensive than I thought it would be. Despite the wait and the prices the lady fixed and sewed up my clothing very nicely so I will go back with the expectation of a wait and paying a bit more.
