«Compassionate, quality care for your pet.» Front Range Veterinary Clinic is a full-​service pet hospital that has been serving Northern Colorado since 1986. Our mission is to compassionately provide our patients with exceptional healthcare, and build positive relationships with our clients by offering a friendly and comfortable environment of trust, respect, and extraordinary service. Services include: vaccines and vaccine packages, full in-​house laboratory, radiology, state-​of-​the-​art dental services, spaying and neutering, routine and non-​routine surgery, pain management, acupuncture, nutritional consultation, dermatology, senior/​geriatric wellness, second opinions on complex cases, and more. Pet boarding services are also available on-​site in our. Cats stay in our new «kitty condos,» completely separate from dog boarding. We offer dog kennels in a variety of sizes and plenty of outdoor play areas as well. Please come by for a tour — we look forward to meeting you and your pets!

History

Established in 1986.

Front Range Veterinary Clinic was founded in 1986. The building that is the current clinic was originally constructed in 1960 as a single family home. Since then, extensive renovations and expansions have taken place. The building that houses the boarding kennel was constructed in 1986. In 2009, Trent Newcomer, DVM, purchased the property and the veterinary practice. We have continuously strived to provide top-​quality client service and patient care for all who call or come through our doors.

Business Owner

Trent Newcomer grew up in the Kansas City area and earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado, Boulder. He then worked and traveled extensively arouond the world before returning to Colorado and earning his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree from Colorado State University. He became the owner of Front Range Veterinary Clinic in 2009. He enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, but has particularly strong interests in internal medicine, soft-​tissue surgery, and dentistry. Outside of the hospital, he enjoys cycling/​mountain biking, traveling, backpacking, reading, writing, and spending time with his family.
