Nice little coffee house. Employees are nice and the music is great. I would have given them five stars but they use juice for the smoothies, no fresh or frozen fruit. So I opted for a oatmeal cinnamon raisin bagel with Peanut Butter and Chai Tea. They don’t take American Express so be sure to carry cash:)

Gibs has always been good to us. They have great bagels and good service. They have cool sandwich combinations that are always delicious, but I usually prefer a plain old blueberry bagel with honey nut cream cheese. They have something fit everyone and plenty of options to mix and match. This location has a cool atmosphere and comfy looking chairs, plus nice staff. Gibs beats Rocky Mountain Bagel Works 10x over.

The WiFi there rarely works and the table surfaces are usually dirty. The booths are very comfortable, but are sometimes hard to come by. The tables are much less comfortable. However, the food and the coffee are great. The servers are nice too, just sometimes evidently understaffed and therefore slow.

After seeing the negative reviews I thought I needed to write a review for my favorite bagel shop in town and along the front range. Since moving out from the East Coast I haven’t found a bagel shop that makes them quite like a New York bagel shop, but Gib’s is definitely the closest to doing it well. I always enjoy stopping in for a bagel sandwich and a smooth blend coffee. I also appreciate the buy 10 get 1 free card. No complaints here.

I got my bagel quick but it was hard as a rock fairly certain it was not fresh from that day. I prefer rocky mountain bagel works which is just down the street. for local small business the costomer service was okay but not as great as id hope from them. Zero stars if possible
