Holiday Inn Express & Suites Ft. Collins

No fridge (or microwave) in the room! You have to rent a fridge. What hotel doesn’t have a fridge for this price???

Costs more than it is worth! The La Quinta offered more for the money because of the microwave and refrigerator in the room. Most frustrating was the climate control was impossible! We froze! Couldn’t get the room warm. The wall rheostat is not responsive and the unit under the window is obsolete. The bathroom has no fan or heater so you steam yourself out when showering.
Don’t like the policy of over charging our credit card-​not debit card-​that contrasts the bill until the charge clears. Obviously when I called to dispute the front desk is used to this reaction. So don’t do it!
Bed was too soft although the type of pillow was monogrammed on each which was helpful.
We got a double double but the chair and ottoman next to one bed was smashed in so only one side of the bed was accessible. The furniture didn’t fit the room mostly because the table between the beds was to long.
Guess next visit we will try another hotel.

I thought this hotel was great! I stayed two nights when I was in transition from moving houses and I had a great experience!
Everyone at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and always available. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable.
Like all holiday inns, the breakfast was delicious and impressive for a free meal.
The bathrooms are modern and updated. I stayed in a room with a king bed and it was very spacious.
The only two «negative» things I noticed were that the wifi was slow and spotty and the bathroom floor/​shower is very slippery for some reason. I literally slipped in the bath tub every time I went to get in. Weird.
Anyways, if I ever need a hotel in Fort Collins again, it is likely that I will return!

Zero stars based on wifi which was worse than dialup… nonexistent. I will try Hampton next time in the area. Basic HIE breakfast. Indoor pool & hot tub. Directv helped but still needs updated badly.

Pretty modern-​looking rooms, and comfy bed. A typical HI Express… nice, but not as good as Hilton brand hotels.

Really good choice via the Jet Center, Ft. Collins airport. Lots of electric outlets, ok tv, but really good bedding. nice room. Will surely stay here again. Thanks folks. Well done.

Loved my experience at this hotel. Jarmin greeted us when we arrived and he was so helpful with several questions we had. The room was refreshing, clean, professional. The breakfast was hot and lots of options. Loved the pool and large jacuzzi on the main floor. Super great experience! Thanks!
