Dr. Troxell is a caring oral surgeon who is an expert in dental extractions, oral pathology, and stem cell banking. Established in 1981.

After completing his Maxillofacial Surgery study, James B. Troxell opened his private practice in Fort Collins. With over 35 years experience and utmost care for his patients, Dr. Troxell is proud to serve Fort Collins itself, as well as the nearby communities of Windsor, Loveland, and Laramie. Business Owner

James B. Troxell is a native of the Fort Collins area and loves to help his neighbors have a healthy mouth. He attended both Stanford University and Colorado State University. He gained his DDS from University of Nebraska College of Denistry in 1975. In 1981, he completed his extended study to become an oral and maxillofacial surgeon and opened his own practice. His skills as an MS have made him a fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons, in addition to many other organizations.
