We are small, locally owned and operated tree care service serving the communities of Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor and Greeley Colorado. Mountview Tree Experts was founded by a Certified Arborist and Certified Tree Worker with a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Forestry and over 10 years of industry experience. We specialize in organic plant health care treatments along with pruning, trimming, planting and removals. Supporting the local community is important to us and we use local vendors whenever possible for our equipment and supply purchases.

Meet the Business Owner

Jason W.

Business Owner

Jason is a tree enthusiast and Certified Arborist. He received his Bachelor of Science in Urban Forestry from the University of Wisconsin — Stevens Point. During his studies he place third overall in the nation for tree care industry competition. He was also an elected officer of the Student Society of Arboriculture and Student Society of American Foresters at UW, Stevens Point.

Jason has worked for and subcontracted for tree services in Wisconsin, Arizona and Colorado. Before relocating to Colorado, he was the owner of a tree care business in Arizona for 4 years specializing in organic plant health care. Jason pioneered the use of compost tea to eliminate «frizzle top» in Queen palms (Syagrus romanzoffiana).

Jason competed in the 2012 Rocky Mountain Chapter Tree Climbing Championship. His knowledge of arboriculture is recognized and he has been interviewed by Tree Care Industry Magazine. Jason’s favorite tree is the Gingko.
