Allers Associates Architects, PC was established in 1979 by President, Terry L. Allers and since that time has successfully designed over 1,650 projects across Iowa. We specialize in helping clients realize their goals for the built environment around them. We offer services related to architecture, design and planning. We produce construction documents that are detailed for clear communication resulting in consistent bids and fewer change orders during construction. Design is a process — a working relationship between client and designer over a period of time. The quality of this relationship is important to us — personally and professionally. This requires that our work be based on the highest ethical standards and a commitment to personal service from project start through and beyond construction completion.

Business Owner

Terry Allers has 43 years of experience in the architecture profession including 35 years as Owner and Architect of Record for Allers Associates Architects, PC. Terry Allers will be the Project Architect and Design Team Leader for the project. Over the years, Terry has become a specialist in health care facility projects, renovations and adaptive re-​use of facilities as well as preparing designs for a multitude of other building types including public facilities, worship facilities, educational facilities, commercial offices, and multi-​family housing. Terry values the relationships that are established with his clients which are evident by the multiple projects that result from the same client. Terry brings the experience and expertise gained through planning and design of over 1650 design projects.
