I would NOT recommend this company! They are so disorganized and mess up payments (charging even when I didn’t receive service)! Since calling and canceling they still call weekly to schedule service so it’s apparent there’s no communication between employees! Very strange company!

If you have a pest control problem call AAA pest control. Don’t waste your time and money on anyone else. They know what they are doing, and get it done right the first time.
We first used them because we found mouse droppings in our linen closet. They came mere hours after I called, figured out where they were getting in, sealed off the entryways, set traps and bait outside. Bye bye mice. While they were here they were able to quickly identify the source of what I knew were grain weevils in our garage (bird seed which I would never have even guessed since there’s no people food in our garage). Adam really knew what he was talking about and I immediately decided we would be switching pest control companies.
Low and behold a week later termites struck… We kind of knew we had them. When we bought our house 9 months prior the inspector said there was evidence of termites. No live swarm so they could be dead. We got a credit towards closing costs because of it and hoped for the best. Six months later these tiny little brown pellets kept appearing on top of one of our dressers. We would clean them and they would come back a few days later. We called our old pest control and not only were they not really sure what they were, their solution was to put a piece of tape over the pinhole I thought it was coming from. Three months later and tiny brown pellets were falling from right above our bed! That’s where I drew the line. Since AAA was so great the first time, we used them again and they were on top of it. They immediately got someone out same day and again knew exactly what they were talking about. Luis was great — he was a wealth of information when it came to termites and answered all of our questions and calmed all our fears that our house was going to collapse. When the tent came down the owner came for the final inspection and left a nice welcome home gift. Some of the best customer service you can get. I will recommend AAA to everyone I know!

I’ve used AAA Pest Control at my home and business. Any time they had to come the job was done quick and problem solved. I also am a big fan of the DIY products they have at there shop for spot treatments in between my service. Would recommend them to all my peeps.

I would stay away from these people. There usually a no show. Very strange company.

No show! I set up an appointment for 5pm for which I had to leave work early. At 5:30pm I called the office to inquire why hadn’t they showed up. They informed that they were running late and would be at my home at 7pm. They never showed up! Would absolutely not recommend them.

These people are nothing but thieves. They charged me 139.00 for a pint of a pesticide which is 39.99 online with free shipping!!! Do not buy from these thieves. The bitch manageress was the nastiest piece of filth when I tried to explain I live on disability, she said she didn’t give a damn.
Save yourself money and go to the internet. Do not go these thieves

Very poor service — no shows and constantly charging more money and then the do not stand by their work. And it turns out they are more expensive as well. Recommend you avoid this company!

I was very disappointed with their return policy. The sales person did not mention that all sales are final which is displayed in a
Inconspicuous spot in the store. The sales receipt did not have it written. As a result of this I am left with a can worth $ 100.
I also found that the Internet has this same product for $ 70 less!

As good as it get’s…
I’m a DIY’er and not only did Bill the owner give me the best advise but his team offered their advise on maintaining my property forreducing mosquitoes and ants. I spent a good amount of time looking at what options I had to fight the summer mosquito’s in our back yard. After going to their location off Oakland Park I purchased the recommended materials and went to work. We have ZERO ants and the sunset BBQ’s in the back yard now, we aren’t getting eating alive anymore. THANK YOU. They also offered me the service monthly which was better priced then I found anywhere. I just like doing my own stuff at home so they guided me right, and I’m my own pest control guy now. My wife is happy!
They also tented my good friends house and I thanks me every time we see each other.

The entire team at AAA Pest Control were wonderful. We are extremely pleased with the great job they did in getting rid of our termite problem. And over a holiday weekend too! I accidentally left cash out on my dresser and amazingly it was still there when I was able to return home. I would recommend this company to everyone. Great job, honest employees and reasonable prices.

Around April/​May 2012, I contacted the AAA Pest Protection company for an estimate on tenting my home for termites. Along with a couple of other quotes, they promised to provide me same service at a more affordable price. The service was provided as promised. HOWEVER, the problem started after I paid my 50% down payment at the time of service. Though the original verbal agreement between Bill Robles and me was balance to be paid within 30 days after service, I called the AAA office before the end of 30 days to request monthly payment arrangements. I dealt with a Michelle and Nancy. I was told Robles DID agree to a monthly payment of $ 50 each month for which I received a statement clearly showing the dates each payment was due and the amount. Each month between the first and second week, I would call in, give Michelle or Nancy my debit card number and authorize the payment. However, one of my payments were NEVER posted. The next month, I called asking why this happened, was told, «oh…we just forgot». Was promised a credit for the previous month and understood, this would extend my payment arrangement by an additional month. Approximately 30 days ago, I had a CURRENT balance of $ 250. Without my prior knowledge or consent, Michelle, Nancy and Bill Robles conspired to steal my debit card number, charged the full balance and almost caused me an overdraft on my account. The only way I knew about this was my bank notified me of a low balance on my account because of the illegal AAA activity. Thinking this was an honest mistake, I called AAA office, I was surprised FOR THE FIRST TIME, neither Nancy or Michelle would take my call. I was immediately directed to Bill Robles cell phone who at first pretended he knew nothing about the unauthorized charge. After we got into an argument about his company’s illegal action against me, he called me back, leaving a message confirming his staff DID take my money, accusing me of «skipping» a one month payment, and stating he needed the money because of his own «financial obligations». Since the transaction was made electronically, it was too late for my bank to stop payment, but instead, I was forced to close my bank account so AAA couldn’t make any other illegal charges. What this comes down to, is Bill Robles, Michelle and Nancy of AAA Pest have INTENTIONALLY committed fraudulent and deceptive business practices and either by action or word have ALL ADMITTED TO IT. Though no arrests have been made of these individuals, a police report will be filed and my bank already has them under investigation to see if they have done this to other bank customers affiliated with my bank. I have a contract that states I am entitled to a $ 99 annual warranty renewal on the tenting service. Problem is, going forward, how can I trust to use AAA service, and/​or recommend them to friends or professional colleagues knowing AAA will not hesitate to commit these same type of fraudulent acts against them? How will I know, if I need re-​tenting under warranty that Robles will inject the proper amount of poison to do the job to control cost and maximize profits? It’s not the customer’s fault if Bill Robles can’t properly manage his financial affairs and uses his female office employees to conspire against the customer.
After the $ 250 illegal charge cleared my bank, I called back to AAA. I again politely asked to speak with Nancy or Michelle, and once again, they refused to take my call. I spoke with a male representative. I had to leave a message with him, asking for a «ZERO» balance letter to be signed by Robles. I did receive such a letter, but had I never called to request it, I don’t believe Nancy, Michelle or Robles would have extended the courtesy to send me one.
Going forward and in view of the aforementioned, if AAA refuses to honor the remainder of my contract agreement, I will be posting an update on this matter.
If miraculously AAA decides to have a change of heart and offer me some form of good-​faith monetary and/​or services restitution for their insult and crime against me, I will be happy to give you an update on this well.
