Adam Bator instructs a free-style type of Vinyasa Flow Yoga creating physically and mentally challenging routines that flow smoothly from one asana to the next. His hands-on approach and unpredictable routines promote students to simultaneously focus on form, breath, and endurance, resulting in classes that help promote a calming and meditative effect for the mind and body.

History
Established in 2008.
Adam began his career in health and wellness in 2005 when resigned from working as an IT Consultant, became a Certified Personal Trainer by The National Academy of Sports Medicine and started working for One Human Performance in Pine Brook, NJ. Soon after, he became an NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist. Two years later, he began working for David Kirsh at the Madison Square Club in Manhattan, NY, one of the most prestigious clubs in Manhattan. In 2008, Adam enrolled in Yoga Teacher Training at Sankalpah Yoga and studied extensively with Isaac Penna and Jude English. He had no intent on ever teaching at that time, he just wanted to learn. However, when he moved to Gulfport, MS in November of 2009, unsatisfied with the availability of quality yoga classes in the area, he began teaching. Now he teaches approximately 20 classes per week and is considered one of the best yoga teachers on the coast.
