Aqua King Pool Services

Our relationship started off positively, as we had Aqua King resurface the pool. I was so happy that I offered the owner Mike the service contract. That’s when things got bad. The first week after the pool was refilled it was beautiful, sparkling and clear. But the very next week it looked like an emerald lagoon. I called for the technician to come out and she did. The green lagoon was turned to an aqua green cloudy «pool.» I texted the owner and he again sent his technician to investigate. But alas the pool remains cloudy. Today I asked if he was resend his staff and he replied curtly «no.»
I urge anyone considering hiring Aqua King for their pool service provider to look elsewhere. Unless of course your favorite color is green.

I wish that I could rate them 0-​stars, but there isn’t an option. Through my home warranty service, they auto-​selected this «service» for me, which is actually 231 miles from my home. Aqua King sent a local woman to look at my pool heater… she barely knew how to open the heater panel, and took pictures of the manifold and texted them to her boss in Ft Lauderdale. From there, he made a silly, uneducated assessment and promptly cashed my check for $ 125. Despite repeated calls to the business, no return calls.
NOT a class act! NOT a professional organization! And from the looks of other ratings, NOT even an OK pool company!

Worst pool company!!! We had a couple of issues with out pool, no one called us. It took us calling the owner to find out why a few things were happening. Had we not investigated, they would have never told us. On 3 occasions they were scheduled to come and clean and marked on their card that they did, however our pool was NOT clean! This happened once again, my husband and I were furious! About a week later we had to have a valve replaced, again we called to find out why water was draining, and they said oh yea you have a faulty valve. They came to replace it and low and behold they didn’t stuck around to make sure it worked and when we got home it was leaking. Then this week, the LAST time we used them, the pool was dirty when we got home. My husband calls and we are told it was lightening and raining when they were here so they didn’t clean it. We asked when they would be back to clean it and they responded we won’t it will have to wait till next week. However, we pay them a monthly amount to have it cleaned every week. Stay away people!!! Get a quality company with quality service!!!

Im sorry we ever used Aqua Kings Pool Services. We had them build out our deck and pool. The owner Mike was never around to oversee the job. Once done there were many things left undone or incorrect. He promises numerous times to fix it or stop by and simply does a no-​show. Completely mindless to his clients own schedules and cares less that you re-​arrange your schedule to meet his only for him to not show up. Happy to support all with documentation — stay FAR AWAY.
