There are very few places that I would trust for that occasional waxing service ! The staff makes you feel at ease from the moment you arrive. They were quick and very professional ensuring that I felt fully satisfied. I particularly enjoy the the attention and service if the salon administrator Wilma. Love AquaBlue !!

I just spent the last two days being waxed here. From my eyebrows all the way down. It was great. I’ve been waxing since I was really young and been to many places, but this is probably my favorite. They use a hard wax instead of the strips and they’re super fast. 45 min for a leg and Brazillian wax… Yes please! Other places have taken up to 2 hours! The ambiance leaves a bit to be desired, the rooms are kind of sterile like a hospital room but at least they’re clean and comfortable. I really liked this place! I will be sure to come back!

They are very flexible and can always get me in for an appointment when I need one. Priscilla is one of the best and fastest waxers I have found!

Worst customer service ever and rude staff. Service quality poor as well. Stay away if you can. There are much better places in the area.

Not bad, not the best either. I am one of those people that has been getting waxed forever, and I actually like it instead of feeling like it is ‘torture.’ That being said, I have to give this place props for being virtually painless. In 12+ years of getting waxed, this was the least I have ever flinched and I have to say that was impressive. It’s hard to tell if the secret was in the wax they use or if it is the method which the waxer was using. The whole process was relatively quick too. Full bikini in just under 15 minutes, full legs in another 30 minutes and then underarms in 10 minutes.
All that being said though, I have to say that I was disappointed in the final results. I do believe that most of my concerns are due to the wax itself, because it feels like a lot of the hairs were broken off instead of all pulled out from the root which is basically like shaving and ruins the whole point of a nice smooth wax that should last 3 weeks or more. It also seemed to have difficulty in picking up baby fine hairs. Anyone who has waxed for a long time knows that the hair texture is noticeably finer, and if a wax can’t pick up those hairs than there’s no point in even using it.
In my years of waxing, I have tried many types of waxes and even though this one seems good at first due to the ‘no pain’ factor, it doesn’t really do the best job.

I Haven’t returned here since my 1^st visit. I needed a last minute bikini wax on a Friday evening and they accommodated me. The visit was fine and the aesthetician was pleasant. The reason why they have 2 stars is because of the ridiculous amount of ingrown hairs that followed. I’ve never had that many after a wax before. I usually rotate between 2 places and I’ve never had that many issues. So I haven’t and won’t return.

had a last minute brazilian here, I haven’t had one since about 2004, I dug the ‘no strip needed’ wax, i wonder if it does as good of a job as the traditional stuff. girl was friendly and thorough, the place kinda had a lil old school feel to it, with some old grimy chairs in corners. but whatever, as long as my nether regions are fuzz free I is happy
