Bliss window is only a few miles from my home. Was accommodating and changed appointment day and time when work kept me late. Was prompt the morning of the appointment. Employee was a real nice guy who finished my repair quickly and kept the place clean. Thanks for the quick repair vs trying to sell me a new door full price. You definitely have my business when the time comes to change the doors and windows in my home.

I was referred to Bliss Windows from Home Depot for a non-​standard glass door insert. Instead of buying a new insert, Bliss was able to repair my existing insert which saved me money. The appointment went smoothly. The technician, Tom, was professional, pleasant, and punctual. I’m rating the whole transaction five-​star because it doesn’t get any better — the service was great, the price was lower than expected, and the install/​repair was quality work.

This business is top notch and I highly recommend them. The front office, especially Lynn, went out of their way to keep my out-​of-​pocket as low as possible. The technician, Roger, was on time, he was polite. The job turned out to be a bit difficult, but he was skilled and worked efficiently to get the job done. The cost was lower than I expected, and Roger cleaned everything up when he was done. 5 Stars — highly recommend!

I needed replacement windows for a home renovation project. I used to use a company in Miami, but they don’t work in Broward any more.
I tried Home Depot. They gave me the hard up-​sell even after I explained that this was a «flip» house and price was the most important factor. $ 12,500.
I tried the company I normally use for window repair. $ 12,500.
I looked on the PGT website and Bliss is their preferred distributor in my area. I called them and it took about a week for them to come out and quote, even though I emailed them the dimensions. That was a little too long. Their quote: $ 7500. Sold.
They rushed everything for me a little as their foreman was headed out for vacation so we wanted to get my install done before he left. I came in and gave them a check for half. I wish they took credit cards; that’a big check to write. They took care of permit issues and got PGT to deliver one day earlier than promised to beat the vacation lag.
It is rainy season so they didn’t keep their Thursday appointment, but were there at 9 am on Friday to do the job. By noon, all but one window was installed. They’re quick.
They got the City inspector to approve the rough and final inspections in the same visit, and they were done! I was happy with the office staff, installers and product. $ 7500 investment in the house raised the value by $ 15,000. I’ll use them again on my next project.
