This place is worst than a butcher shop you have to wait long time, this is my third visit to this place to get my dot and every time they ask for someting, this place is a waste of time you better go across the street to md one hour for then to sign my papers

They gave me other person’s test results. After that, they didn’t fax the results to the number I requested. I had to go in person to get them.

I would not wish my worst enemy to go here. the staff is rude and a bunch of liars. and some of the doctors are incompetent. jesus christ get it the fuck together. what’s wrong with you people if you don’t have people skills you should be in a warehouse loading trucks. 1hr for everything maybe 2hrs. This is my first step, I’m sending emails to corporate the news or newspaper, florida dept. of health. I will not stop until they get there shit together. Just thinking of this place makes my blood boil.

I hate this place. I cringe at just the name. Some employees are nice and helpful but it does not overcome the terrible experience. I highly recommend that my employer terminate thier contract with this establishment. I have had better results at another location, but this one irks me beyond belief. Always insanely long waits, and not even just to see a doctor.
My last 4 visits:
–1.5 hours to complete a mandated drug test.
–Oh, sorry, we can’t sign off on this paperwork today because our regular doctors are not on staff today. Thanks for waiting 30 minutes for us to tell you that. Screw you and your drive up from Miami to get here.
–Presently waiting a 2^nd time to get my form signed off on by a doc. Told it will take 45 minutes. Presently on 35 minutes and waiting giving me ample time to complete this review. Edit: Now on 1 hr 15 min and counting. They even made the UPS guy wait 10 min and he was just trying to deliver a package.
–I certainly recall being here for hours when I did my original physical. I could get seen faster at Jackson Memorial with a hangnail on July 4^th.

Hey doc, Can you sign of on this 2^nd Physical form while I’m here and I’m already turning my head to cough? NOPE, only if you pay us for the 2^nd physical.
Hey, I’m really in a rush as you put me in a bind not getting this signed off yesterday, can you do anything for me? NOPE, I am the only one at check in, estimated wait time of 45 minutes.
If you have other options in selecting a quick care facility, I suggest you exercise them. There’s an MDNow across the street, I would certainly opt to see if that was better, because I assure you this place certainly sucks. With thier contracts with employers and/​or workmans comp, I doubt anyone in the organization gives a damn.

Told the doctor I was peeing blood… I was peeing quite a lot of it to be exact and without even doing any tests or consulting samples he argued that it was not possible for that to happen. Lets just say, I had a really bad infection and he made it worse. The computer system crashed so my prescription had to get sent in again, he prescribed the wrong dose, I waited 3 hours, and everyone was incredibly rude. All that to say I ended up at the doctor back home with the same infection after our trip because of poor treatment and the doctor verified the blood bursting forth from my loins.

If I could rate no stars I would. 2.5 hour wait for a drug test, rude staff, just awful.

Do not get served here. Well, unless you have a bloody nose or headache. My «professional» doctor had the alluring smell of stale cigarette smoke (perhaps Marlboro red) and no clue. She went through the motions to appear she was a doctor — «ooo’ing & ahh’ing», but left my room and handed my case to another «doctor». I heard her on the other side of the door say she didn’t know what to do. Start with a culture test or X-​ray maybe. I was there 3 hours only to have had my temperature taken and told to go to the ER. Don’t waste your time. Don’t waste your money.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is a joke.
I went there for a work related injury. On my first visit, they were specting me because me employer call before send me there and waited 2 hours to be seen by a doctor.
1^st. visit:
The doctor diagnosis was Lumbar Strain and sent me back to work with the restriction of NO lifting/​pushing/​pulling over 20 pounds.
2^nd. visit:
The doctor diagnosis was Calculus of Ureter and Calculus in Urethra and sent me back to work with the restriction of NO lifting/​pushing/​pulling over 20 pounds.
By the secont visit i could not walk and was using a cane to get by.
The nest day a have to call 911 to take me to a hospital because i could not get out of bed due to extreme pain.
At the hospital they did a MRI and discover that i had a ruptured disc pressing on a nerve.
A few week latter i received a call from Concentra because the doctor that diagnosis was Calculus of Ureter and Calculus in Urethra, prescribe Physical Therapy, when i told her that i had back surgery at the hospital and didn’t need any therapy, she hung up on me.
If I have a choice, I am definitely staying away from this place. Zero stars!

Even with an hour to 90 min wait they won’t allow someone to leave the waiting area to go somewhere in the plaza and call their cell. If your not here when your called they take you out of the system. REAL NICE.

I was having trouble breathing, and it wasn’t getting better so I tried making an appointment with my Dr. but they couldn’t see me for at least a week, so I went to this Walk-​in clinic instead, I figured it would be faster and just as good — WRONG.
I waited for almost 3 hours, and the nurse practitioner saw me and diagnosed me in less than 2 minutes. He prescribed a nasal spray and said I probably had a sinus infection so he also prescribed antibiotics. My friend who is going to pharmacy school told me she was surprised they didn’t give me an inhaler. Well, what I got from Concentra seemed to help but it wasn’t resolving the issue so I went to a regular Dr.‘s office a week later and it turned out I had bronchitis. The Dr. gave me a breathing treating and prescribed an inhaler.
1 star for not diagnosing me with bronchitis
1 star for the 3 hr long wait and less than 2 minute diagnose
2 stars for the friendly service and clean clinic
So basically I spent more money than needed, wasted my time and took longer to feel better because I didn’t get the right diagnosis at Concentra.
