Stopped yesterday and had a chicken salad on a bagel with mayo. There was no more than a tablespoon of chicken salad, and that had about 3 small pieces of chicken — the ceiling was leaking and they had pots to collect the water, in about 4 different places and I had no where to sit down. I complained to the manager and she said ok, not can I get you something else, I’m sorry … any thing but OK. No one knew what was going on — terrible service, terrible food, and terrible customer satisfaction.

This USEDTOBE one of my favorite neighborhood spots– I would go there EVERY weekend as well as multiple times during the week– unfortunately I can’t go there anymore unless I have at least 30 — 45 minutes to wait for a bagel and coffee… Years ago service was great… It’s been deteriorating for the last couple of years to the point that it is now HORRENDOUS… in addition to their inefficiencies they also look a mess and rarely smile… I don’t know who’s hiring or managing but I would HIGHLYRECOMMEND that the Company take a closer look at this store and try to turn it around because its currently a mess! I’ve been holding off on writing this review for some time because I didn’t want it to negatively impact the couple of senior staff they still do a good job but unfortunately it’s just too little and I truly miss the Einstein Bagel store I used to love. Something NEEDSTOBE done! Thank you.

Simply put, poor customer service. We all know they aren’t the greatest bagels but at least the customer service could be better

Good bagels and other baked products, but the staff was less than stellar. All seemed very confused. No one knew who was taking the orders. One person told me to go to the register, but at the register, they only ring up the orders. Someone also placed all the cookies out by the counter in open bags, not sealed. The only reason this place got 2 stars from me was the food.

Love the brand, but this location is disappointing. Watched as a girl waited 15 minutes before the staff even realized they forgot her order. My drink tasted a little«off». Quality and customer service leaves something to be desired.

Dont be in a rush, service is horrible. 8+ minutes to get a bagel in a bag and banana. Nothing to prepare, ugh!

love this location, i have to say i love their bagel always fresh, but the service changes from location to location, this one has a friendly staff that knows, how to get your order ready, big or small. never had an issue keep doing what you are doing, because you are doing great!!!

Awful awful awful… This place is literally walking distance from my house but I will drive all the way down to the Einstein bagels by Target. this place is completely disorganized it never fails I have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for one simple bagel with cream cheese who has time like that in the morning? Nine out of 10 times they get it wrong. They’re always running out of the bagel you want or the Shmear that you want. I hate this place I refuse to come to this Einstein bagels.

Great staff. Knows my order by heart. Bagels are great nice selection of other foods as well. Parking is sometimes difficult because it’s a busy plaza, but worth the hassle. I also like the different flavors of cream cheese offered.

Always a mistake in my order and they are super disorganized and take forever to get you your food. And the coffee is so weak it’s not even worth it. Don’t go if you have to be somewhere. Actually don’t go at all.

OMG I used to come here regularly, so good, nice, clean, efficient, super friendly workers. Now the complete opposite. It has turned into a DUMP: dirty, horribly slow and insufficient help, making food with their backs to the long line while no one else tends to it. The 8⁄9 review couldn’t have said this better: Wait. And wait. And wait. No oversight. No accountability and whoever manages this store should lose their job. The worst Einstein’s I’ve ever set foot in. And for some reason I came back after having the same horrible experience last time. This location is a joke. Yes indeed!

Yet again this place missed every single mark. They try so hard and constantly turn out wrong orders and do it half assed… You have to wait for hem to remake the food… Wait. And wait. And wait. No oversight. No accountability and whoever manages this store should lose their job. The worst Einstein’s I’ve ever set foot in. And for some reason I came back after having the same horrible experience last time. This location is a joke.

You don’t have to be Einstein to know the water in South Florida isn’t conducive to bagel-making. Sorry if this reads like a «schmear» campaign.

I love einstein bros bagels!!! I used to come to this location all the time when I lived in fort lauderdale. They have great food and very good coffee. I usually order an everything bagel toasted with bacon, egg and chedder cheese. Yum, so good!!! Then I get one of their flavored brewed coffees. I actually enjoy einsteins more than dunkin doughnuts. I wish there were more einsteins around.

Disappointing day here at Einstein Bagel we ordered the Nova Lox and the Turkey B.A.T. both on bagels. first off took them 10 minutes to determine they were out of onion bagels no biggie. I seen him pull out the turkey to start making the bagel sandwich but when it arrived, it had no turkey yes that’s right a turkey bagel sandwich minus the turkey. The Nova Lox had hardly any cream cheese not even enough to coat the bagel and hardly any capers It’s clear to see the person making these items up(a) didn’t know what he was doing or(b) just didn’t feel like doing his job today. Another customer ordered coffee and every single one of the coffee dispensers had cold coffee. So your basically a bagel place who can’t do bagels or coffee.

Tasty bagel sandwiches for breakfast or lunch. The egg white, asparagus, and swiss on an Asiago cheese bagel is a favorite of mine. The lox with cream cheese and capers is a close second, and the raspberry lemonade is delicious. Portions are on the smaller side. Good coffee and iced cappuccinos, a variety of tasty spreads, a light menu for those watching their waistlines, and a bright and clean dining room if you choose to dine in or grab one of the patio tables outside.

This place never let me down. When I want a fast breakfast that isn’t Dunkin Donuts, I come here. You can’t beat a good bagel and as long as you are specific with them about what you want they can generally satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. The staff here is friendly but come early, the place FILLS with tourists in the winter and spring break periods. A solid location from a great chain.

Einstein Brothers has been a favorite since I was a college student in Tampa. Now mind you I grew up on Long Island and LOVE a good New York Bagel but when I am in the mood for a bagel sandwich/bagel meal I love this place. The Potato salad is one of my comfort foods. And the tasty turkey on Asiago Cheese bagel, YUMMO. My favorite breakfast is the Santa Fe with a cup of coffee.

Solid 3 Stars, since this is my go to place for bagels in Florida. Hailing from the mecca of bagels, NJ/NYC(tri-state area), I have thumbed my nose on more than one occasion when presented with the local attempt at a bagel. The little Jewish woman who judges bagels in my brain often says«You call this a bagel» in her typical accent. What can I say, her standards are high. Einstein does their best though. They make a nice bagel. Little smaller and less airy than what I might be used to. But they aren’t chewy and best of all the freshness makes it worth it. It’s my belief that the water might be the biggest factor in bagel taste, so for that I think Einstein does a good job in Florida. Solid 3 stars from a bagel snob.
