If it were possible I’d give less than a star. I made a reservation more than 36 days in advance and I cancelled the reservation within 31 in days advance in writing. This company would not refund the full payment .The cancellation fee is 20%and they cited their website policy. However the policy also stated payment was due 72 hours in advance. When I called I was told payment was due at the time the reservation is made.
So I wish I had read the other reviews before attempting to use this company! It seems they would have had my money and very possibly not have shown up!

Just like their only review, we made reservations weeks ago. We waited 2 hours, no show or no call. We called numerous times and they would not answer or would ring once and go straight to voicemail. We are not taking a taxi to our cruise ship which we are almost late for. DONT USE THIS SERVICE! If I could give no stars I would. I never leave bad reviews but I feel obligated to tell other people about this «fast shuttle». Give you’re money to someone else.

Whatever you do (walk to the cruise port if you have to) do not use this shuttle company! They are fraudulent and I have contacted the police. They charged my card more than what I submitted on the website, when I called for a receipt, he said he would send it then did not, when I called 3 days later for a receipt he said he already sent it. When I asked him to resend it or I would cancel he said «Do what you have to do» and hung up the phone in my face. He then charged my card another time. Double charged for a service I cancelled! I have contacted the police and I recommend that you do not use their services.

This absolute WORST service we have ever experienced. We made arrangements weeks in advance to have this shuttle service (if thats what you want to call it) pick us up from the cruise ship. We waited 45 minutes all the while the driver is telling us he is «right around the corner». Come to find out — he decided to pick up another customer while leaving 4 couples stranded. And he never once apologized for the inconvenience. The best transportation service from debarking from a cruise ship in Ft Lauderdale is a taxi. Not only is it cheaper — it is 100% reliable.
I tried to write a review on Fast Shuttle website — but of course they dont have a way to do that. Go figure.

Based on the previous review, I was absolutely set to book these guys — we need a shuttle from Miami Airport to Downtown Miami coming up. Whoever answered the phone on a Saturday answered monosyllabically (sp?), was virtually incomprehensible and hung up on me as I was mid-sentence. I know I had the right place, I managed to figure out he said «ten dollars per person» which seems to be half the going rate… but is what it says on it says on their website. It sounds like they need Vince to answer the phones too…
