I specialize in brief therapy, concentrating on giving my clients the tools they need to improve their lives immediately. I use a practical common sense approach to treatment — no psychobabble. I won’t have you «exploring your feelings» of depression or anxiety. My expertise includes anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. I am also a board certified hypnotherapist and train other mental health providers in the use of hypnosis for rapid change. I take a practical approach to helping my clients move forward. History

Established in 2005.

I have worked in in patient and out patient settings as the lead therapist for one of the country’s première trauma programs before starting my individual practice. While I treat a wide spectrum of issues, I have specialized experience in the treatment of trauma and childhood abuse issues. I am also a Board Certified Hypnotherapist and work in an emotionally painless way even clearing abuse issues.

I also offer a Fast Track Treatment option for out of town patients. Clients can book a Half Day, Full Day, or Weekend Session which allows them to resolve issues at the deepest levels quickly.

I spent the first part of my career in Corporate America as an efficiency expert, and later taking companies public during the dot com boom. I am used to thinking about how to deliver services better, faster, cheaper, and I understand the complexity of trying to create a work/​life balance. I get the pressures many of us are under just trying to manage work, social, and family demands.
