History

Established in 2011.

Practicing almost exclusively in the area of immigration law, our experienced attorneys and staff can help you or your family members in the US or anywhere in the world with adjustment of status (green card) through family petitions; visas; deportation and removal defense; immigration bond matters; and citizenship and naturalization.

Until an immigration reform is signed into law, DACA (deferred action for childhood arrival) or TPS (temporary protected status) will remain the best alternative for eligible candidates to seek authorized work and stay in the US.

One of government’s key priorities is immigration enforcement efforts, including the new national detainer policy, policies targeting criminal aliens, immediate removal of recent border crossers.

Timing is of utmost importance in filing any application, and our office will help every step of the way. Our attorney is licensed in Florida, practices immigration and naturalization law worldwide, and is a full member of AILA.
