This place was pretty relaxing. We got to wear animal slippers and got served wine as soon as we arrived. The massage was awesome! We got the couples massage and the two ladies were very nice and caring to our needs. Would definitely come back to this place. Worth the price.

Came here for a nice couples massage and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Been going to many different spas in south Florida for a while and haven’t really found a place as welcoming and as good of a massage as here. The socks and animal slippers are comfy and super cute. Nice drinks to start you off with. Not many lockers here so don’t expect to change in a locker room and then go to massage room. You do remove your clothes in the massage room which was ok by us. The fragrances used were light and aromatic. They were very receptive to our needs when we wanted more or less pressure. I even mentioned I have back pain and my masseuse even went the extra mile to help me stretch it out instead of just trying to give me a massage and send me on my way. It really made us feel like they truly care about our well being. Will definitely go back!!!

AWESOME! Got the hydrofacial because I have acne prone skin. Alysa was very sweet and explained the products she was using and why. The procedure was almost painless, it was not abrasive at all and barely gave me any redness. Very relaxing, they let you borrow cute animal slippers :) It is very clean and my face has improved incredibly in just a few hours. LOVE IT! Will come back

From the soft slippers, to the refreshing beverages, Lifestream is an experience above most any spa I’ve experienced. Though the location is hidden from highway traffic, Lifestream is truly a find and definitely worth the visit. My husband and I booked a couples massage during a first time trip to Boca. We used the Unilocal reviews on Lifestream Spa as our guide. I lucked out and got April as my masseuse. This was the best massage of my life. April is a healer. I am very thankful when I encounter people who take their work seriously. I felt April was masterful in her care and craft of my experience. The price was a bargain for the quality. Thank you, April. If I lived here you would see me often.

This is located in the shopping center between federal and Oakland park Blvd. I found it very easy to find and the parking lot was very convenient.
To the right is a clothing store and the right is the spa.
Upon entering the spa you are greeted by a smiling face and you see the elegance.
The lady will tell you to pick out a pair of socks and slippers for your comfort.
I was then taken to the relaxation room where there was water, tea, and some snacks. I had the pumpkin seed and cherry mix which was amazing!
The girl entered with some paperwork and asked what I wanted to drink. She also told me they had mimosa! I obviously got the mimosa which came in a beautiful champagne glass. She also gave me a warm neck pillow.
I filled out the paperwork and shortly after Gloria came in and took me to a room for my treatment.
She really took her time to explain everything and the service. I had a facial.
The facial was soothing and thorough. During she played very relaxing music of the waves hitting the ocean.
After she took me to the store to recommend a few products for me.
I liked the place and already recommended it to my bf for a facial.
The only negative was on the receipt it said I received a 1.15hr service when it was 45min. I do feel the girl gave the full facial during the time but it was not as written.

Abosolutely loved this place. If you haven’t been here you need to try it out the service is amazing. TIP: first time couples massage $ 118.00

Amazing experience from beginning to end. I’d definitely recommend this spa to anyone. I couldn’t stop thinking and talking about my experience all day. Great employees, superb mimosas, calming environment, and smooth transaction.

A wonderful experience! Highly recommend. From the warm greetings at the front desk, the silly, giggle inducing slippers, the chilled glass of wine in the waiting area (as well as a large assortment of teas, snacks and waters) to the massage under a starry «night sky» with a babbling brook sound track. It was amazing and I can’t wait to go back :-)

I visited the spa today for the first time with a gift card from my daughter in law. What a place!!! Great service, fabulous owner who truly cares about her spa. A gem for sure. Thank you!!!

I came here a couple days ago because I slept poorly and hurt my back. They were very accommodating with my same day appointment, and I used my $ 59 first time visit discount. They took a credit card over the phone just to hold my spot, which doesn’t bother me but I wanted to mention that in case it shocks anyone. It looks like they charge a certain percentage if you cancel last minute or don’t show up.
The environment was excellent and very clean. The receptionist was very kind and helped me get my slippers on and offered me a very nice orange water beverage while I relaxed in the lounge a couple minutes.
Jo was my massage therapist and she really worked out the kinks in my neck and my lower back. I was able to actually walk a little bit after the visit, although I was still crooked and leaning to one side. I didn’t expect her to work miracles, but only went to see if this would help because chiropractors have hurt my back further in the past. She also applied this wonderful gel at the end that warmed up my body while giving it a tingly feeling. I bought a little container of this gel at the end for $ 5.
Overall a lovely experience. Now, a few days later, my back feels much much better and it progressively felt better after this massage. I am glad I came. I would consider the monthly membership for these massages, but they are a little more expensive than other places like Massage Envy and Elements. The environment however makes the price worth it. It just feels more relaxing somehow. Also, I would love to try their infrared sauna. Sounds like a very interesting concept and would probably help my back also.

I happened to be in town for my birthday and being 9 months pregnant I decide a prenatal massage is abt all the «fun» I can have anyway. OMG! First of all, let me say that I get massages abt 2 – 3 times per month. Walking in I was rushed, the second my feet were inside the door there was this overwhelming calm, I think I can thank the fountain for that. Completely unexpected. Those socks were a foot’s dream (I bought a few pairs). After being identified by name, quickly checked in and given a locker and changed into my robe with adorable kitten fuzzy slippers I knew this was where I needed to be for life :-) the warm shoulder compress while relaxing in the lounge caused a smile to devour my body. Sasha did my massage and was so amazing. Her hands felt like heaven and she was very attentive to my ever changing pressure requests. Gloria did my facial, and boy was she thorough. I was thinking that I’d be red and maybe peel for a day or two, ABSOLUTELY NOT. I left there glowing. I couldn’t believe how great my skin looked considering that I didn’t think I had bad skin going in.
Being so impressed I bragged to my hubby. He was in such a rush to see what I was talking abt and hoping that I was exaggerating, I booked him the same services the next day with the same staff. When I went to pick him up he did t even want to leave. Lol. This place is AWESOME! I’m back home now and even got a little thank you postcard in the mail. Cannot wait to be back in Florida to go unwind there again.

I spent almost two weeks looking for the perfect massage spa experience for my husbands birthday and came across Lifestream through Unilocal.When I called to make an appt. I spoke to Micheal, he was so nice. He explained everything they offered in detail. This is place is a gem! Their animal slippers is a genius idea, sets them apart. We booked the sauna and a couple massage. Our masseuses was suburb! No long talks just tranquility, they knew what they were doing. Thank you for making my husbands first massage something to remember… he even fell asleep while getting a massage… it was that good lol.

I frequent spas like it’s my job. I am always up for a pampering of any kind whether it be a facial or massage or simple manicure. I was in Fort Lauderdale on vacation with my mom and started breaking out. I realized that I needed a facial stat. My mother also stated that she would like to have one as well and so the quest began.
I searched vigorously on Unilocal and other sites before stumbling across Lifestream Spa. They had a special for first time guests so my mother and I booked appointments for the next day.
When we arrived, we were told to put on «the comfiest socks ever» and then slip on whatever pair of animal slippers that we wanted. My mother turned to me and asked if we were on candid camera. It was a funny little touch that makes this place stand out apart from others.
They asked if we wanted a beverage (including alcohol, ding ding ding) but we both just opted for tea. I was whisked away to a beautiful room and my esthetician consulted with me to address my concerns. I told her that I needed something strong like a peel to stop these breakouts and she agreed. She also did extractions.
Immediately after my skin looked much healthier and radiant. Within a few days my skin cleared up and I was one happy gal! I would definitely recommend this spa to anyone in the area looking for a facial or massage. I will be back on my next trip!

Where do I begin!
From the first time I called Beca was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. I was planning a spa day with 6 ladies and she was very nice and helpful as she helped me organize it.
Upon or arrival we put on the cutest animal slippers and she brought our mimosas. They allowed us to unwind and talk in their relaxation lounge before starting our services. I received a facial, the other ladies got massages. Nothing but great feedback when we got back together, everyone enjoyed their service and the staff is phenomenal.
After we lounged in our robes and slippers, and talked in the lounge without feeling rushed.. of course had another mimosa and some water. This allowed is to transition back to the real world.
When leaving we all received a piece of the best chocolate ever.
The entire experience was relaxing and enjoyable. Usually booming anything for a group is hectic, but they made it so easy. Would definitely recommend them for your go to spa!

Awful customer service. I can’t believe this place has such a high star rating!
I called to book a facial and massage and the gentleman told me I could get either a facial or a massage at 12:30 but not both. They booked me for an apt and I came in planning to get the facial only: well surprise they booked all the facial rooms in the time it took me to get there. They were not polite or apologetic and I feel like I was given misinformation.

My boyfriend had mentioned to me that he had never had a profession massage experience, so I decided it would make the perfect Christmas gift. Of course I couldn’t give a gift for just him when I knew it could be something I enjoyed as well, so I booked Lifestream’s «togetherness» package for us, which includes a 60 minute massage, and a 20 minute «treat the feet».
Booking the appointment was a little tricky at first, mostly because of our holiday schedule, but the receptionist tipped me off that calling at the beginning of the week would most likely get you an appointment for the following weekend, while if you wait until the middle or end of the week things become more booked up. I made an appointment for a Sunday morning at 11am, and we were advised to arrive about 15 minutes early.
When we arrived we were given a super soft pair of socks, and were instructed to chose a pair of slippers. They have such cute slippers! I chose penguins. From there were offered a mimosa and escorted to the relaxation lounge where they also offer tea and a few light trail mix snacks. After lounging in there for a bit our masseuses came in, introduced themselves, and escorted us to our room.
Liz and Alorah took great care of us and the massages were excellent. They of course ask you what you are comfortable with and if there is anything you want them to focus on or prefer them not to touch, but I just let Alorah do her thing. The massage started with an aromatherapy session which I thought was a great touch to promote relaxation. Neither of us had any complaints about the services, and my boyfriend especially enjoyed the scalp massage. I really liked the «treat the feet» portion. They do some sort of warm paraffin treatment that feels great.
When our treatments were finished we were escorted back to the lounge and enjoyed a hot apple cider (which was amazing by the way) and relaxed for a few more minutes before returning to the normal world. Upon leaving we were given a piece of salted dark chocolate.
Lifesteam really makes an effort to be professional and relaxing. I had been a little worried, since they have a boutique as well, that there would be sales pressure, but upgrading us, or suggestions to buy anything were never mentioned. To top it all off I found the price for the treatment and service we received to be extremely reasonable. It has now been about a week since the massage and I am already thinking about going back, and Liz and Alorah even sent us a personalized thank you note for coming in. I don’t do this type of thing often, but I will definitely be back to Lifestream.

The BEST spa I’ve been too! From the moment you walk in you are greeted and treated with the upmost respect. This place is decorated beautifully and definitely gives off a calming vibe.
My friend and I both got 60 min therapeutic massages. The kind receptionist had us pick out our fuzzy animal slippers and made us tea and helped us settle in the nurturing lounge while we waited for our masseuses.
I was greeted by Jo and she was so sweet! She asked me about certain areas to target during the massage and definitely took her time to work on them during the massage. Definitely the best massage I’ve ever gotten. We finally were offered to head back to the lounge where we had another cup of tea and relaxed a bit before heading out. Of course at the end we were offered delicious dark chocolate with sea salt.
The overall experience was truly amazing and I HIGHLY recommend it to everyone! My friend and I will definitely be coming back but next time I want to try their facials. Extremely happy :)
