This was my first time moving my car such a long distance and I was very nervous. I did a lot of research and finally settled with Load N Go auto transportation to handle my car. I was put in contact with Elizabeth and she was extremely helpful. She answered every question that I had and was generally very pleasant to deal with. I was giving constant updates as to where my pick up driver was, when he would pick up my vehicle e.t.c.I was also updated as to where my vehicle was at all times. this was an excellent experience and I will definatly be relying on Load N Go auto transportation again for any of my vehicle moving needs in the future.

Good bye Illinois! I wasn’t sure how auto transportation works I’ve never done
it before. When Joey called me from Load-​N-​Go from the start of our conversation
I had a feeling that this was the company out of the 15 that called me, and it
was. Joey was very direct and not misleading. My car did arrive without a
scratch like he promised and I just want to thank him and the entire staff at
Load-​N-​Go Auto Transportation.

My husband and i were coming back from North Carolina when our vehicle decided to break down on us in the middle of the night and we were on our way back to Florida. So I submitted a request online for Vehicle Transportation and Elizabeth called me from Load N Go Auto Transportation. When I gave them a call an explained my situation, Elizabeth helped and asked if me and my husband were ok and will get the quickest dispatcher available as soon as possible. No longer then 40 minutes we were dispatched a driver. An hour later the driver (Richard) who was awesome by the way picked our vehicle up and loaded it quickly and was gone! We had to fly to Florida but when we got to the air port we rented another vehicle and Richard took our Navigator to a dealership to have it fixed! Thank god for Load n go auto transportation and I recommend them to anyone anywhere. Thanks, my husband and I really appreciate your services.
