A career in Dentistry was an easy choice for Dr. Mack. Natural artistic ability, an affinity towards science and a detail oriented personality were all a perfect fit for his life long passion. His path in dentistry began at the University of Michigan where he worked in his own dental laboratory creating restorations for his dental professors. After dental school, he served as a dentist in the United States Navy finally settling in private practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. To this day, he remains heavily involved in the laboratory aspect of dentistry.

As a forerunner in the field of aesthetic-​restorative dentistry, his contributions to the dental literature have helped to establish new paradigms in dental treatment optimizing facial beauty. His creative concepts using facial analyses in treatment planning and proprietary treatment protocols have been presented to colleagues in local and state meetings as well as national societies and academies.
