The awesome salesman/​store manager, Sam Cavallaro, is great to deal with! Honest. No bull. We bought one of the expensive Latex systems. Two XL Twin Mattresses and two twin Reverie Deluxe bases that vibrate for a half hour at a time at varying speeds and configurations and are completely adjustable, raising the head and/​or bottom up or down, however you like it. It took about a week or so for it to do its thing to my back which had been killing me on our old bed. Now, my back doesn’t hurt at all. We love the luxury of these latex mattresses. Comfort beyond compare. So wonderful. Found complaints online about the smell that the mattresses supposedly exude. Found no such smell in ours. Completely thrilled.

Just had a mattress delivered — the 2 delivery men (Corey and Shawn) went above and beyond to be helpful while they delivered the great natural Bliss mattress on time and in great condition.

If you want exceptional customer service, no pressure to buy anything, and the best prices (at least in my experience), then go to Mattress Xperts.
I was in the market for a new mattress and I went to the big-​name Mattress stores. They were ok but I always felt like I was being pressured to buy something. It’s the same feeling as when you’re shopping for a new car.
My experience was totally different when I went to Mattress Xperts and I’ll never buy another mattress from anywhere else. First of all, they have selections that the other big-​name mattress stores do not have. I was having trouble with a couple of Tempur-​pedics that I had purchased at Mattress Firm. After returning both of those and after some research, I kept reading about people raving about latex beds and their superiority in quality and feel. Well, as it turns out, not a lot of places sell latex beds. Mattress Xperts was one of the few and they beat all the other places in prices.
Now we get to the customer service. If you go there, you have to ask for Rey. Super, super nice guy. He treated me like a friend or family member right from the get-​go. No pressure to buy at all. No trying to sell me higher priced items. He simply tried to get a feel for what I was looking for and for what would best suit my needs. Once I focused in on a couple of selections, he gave me a great price without me even asking for a deal. Again, better than any of the other places that I went to. Even after that, he didn’t pressure me about anything. He told me to get everything squared away with my returns at Mattress Firm and come back whenever I was ready. The entire experience was completely painless and actually enjoyable.
So, whenever you need a mattress, don’t even waste your time at any other place like I did. Go to Mattress Xperts and see Rey. Your bed is there. Oh, and get a latex bed. Much better than Tempur-​pedic.

I called after 4 pm and spoke with Sam about what queen sized firm mattress could be delivered the next day. He had some options. I went in to the store and chose a great one and got a super deal. It was delivered and set up by noon the next day. Great job Sam and delivery guys!

Our experience here was amazing! Sam Cavallaro was very knowledgeable and explain to us all the differences between the mattresses and recommended one to us based on our exact needs. He also hooked us up with a loaner while we waited for the mattress we ordered to arrive! And the mattress arrived with no delays. The delivery guys were also very nice and professional. The prices and the mattress are phenomenal. Would go back for any other mattress we’ll ever need!

After going through all of the other mattress stores on federal, we finally found a store that made us feel comfortable with a major purchase that we knew we’d have to live with for a few years. We selected a foam mattresses and an adjustable base. They had to special order a California King for us — — and since we wanted the bed on short notice (prior to an upcoming knee surgery) they made a ton of extra effort to make sure it was delivered in time. (Handy to have the elevated foot for the first few days recovery). When their base supplier wasn’t responding and it looked like they might not make delivery in time for my surgery, they went out of their way to source an even better base and delivered it perfectly on time. Highly recommend this store and their service.

Easiest and the most painless mattress purchase I have ever experienced. Salesman was very knowledgeable and the prices cannot be beat. So glad I made my purchase here… good people. Thanks again! Don’t ever write Unilocal reviews but definitely felt the need to give this place some props.

The customer service here is absolutely amazing. After going to a number of other stores in the area and having negative experiences, it was a relief to find Mattress Xperts. I purchased a queen bed that turned out to be too soft and they honored their 60 day comfort exchange with no problem. I exchanged it for a firm king and just paid the difference. They were great.
I love the feel of the new bed, but unfortunately getting the king size was a horrible mistake. It’s just way too big for us and our bedroom. Once I can sell this one I’ll be back at Mattress Xperts to buy the queen version.

I came here to help a friend find a new mattress. Ray was soooooo helpful. He was extremely knowledgeable and really helped my friend out by giving her a great deal. This is a family owned and run business so they will give you a great deal and treat you like family. Thanks!

This is the only mattress store worth going to in Fort Lauderdale (I’ve been to them all). I dealt with Jason, the owner, directly. He got me a great price on my new mattress. When the mattress (which was shipped directly from Tempur Pedic) had an issue, Jason took it upon himself to replace the mattress personally, without me having to go through the hassle of my warranty. Within a week, I had a brand new mattress that was up to my satisfactions. Point being, you’ll get a great price on what you want and the peace of mind that, if issues come up, you’ll get great customer service.

After writing my review I was checking my credit card statements and realized that the credit they gave me never went through. My son was with me the evening that I went in to cancel the order. He saw the guy ask for my credit card in order to issue me a credit. I made the purchase June 26^th and it was cancelled a few weeks later in July. The credit did not show on my August or September statement. I have not heard from the company regarding the credit. I had to open a dispute with American Express. It is supposed to be processed in the next 24 to 48 hours.
I am thankful that the amount has now been credited to my American Express. I wish Mattress Xperts all the best in the future. I have respectfully requested that I be left alone.

Best mattress store in Fort Lauderdale! Exceptional customer service and excellent quality mattress! Bought a king size mattress then a year later a queen. Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else– you will find the best quality at the best price here. Ask for Jamel. Great delivery crew too.

Ikea who?
I found these xperts on Unilocal and called about a chair that I saw in their website. I just moved from Boston & needed this awesome chair to add some spice to my new apartment.
I talked with Bob who helped me with my order. He nice & humorous.
The chair came today & was delivered by Jordan & another friendly guy (didn’t catch his name) and I am so pleased with my purchase. They came in, set up the chair in less than 5 mins. I gave them bottled water for their hard work.
Overall this family owned business is where I will be buying my furniture from from now on. Love this place!

I learned a valuable lesson. Mattress XPERTS is wonderful. I initially left and went to another store. I did so because I thought I had a better price on a bed. I was wrong and when I returned to Mattress XPERTS, I was treated with decency, respect and understanding. I had a horrible experience at the other mattress store. The individuals at Mattress XPERTS, did not focus on the other store, they only focused on providing me with excellent service and making sure I had the product I would be happy and satisfied with; beyond the purchase. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND, Mattress XPERTS for your purchase of a bed. Be honest, direct, and specific about what you want and they will provide you with service and merchandise compatible with your requests. I am grateful and thankful, in addition, I’m enjoying my bed with an adjustable base as I write this review. The delivery occurred in a timely manner and I received all accessories. Once again, Mattress XPERTS has my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION, to go anywhere else, is settling for less.

Relatively new Mattress Store filled with alumni of the industry.
Ask for Pauly for exceptional service. Pauly is great– knows his mattresses, options and understands people’s sleep styles.
This is their «flagship» location (read: first and only at the moment, although more are planned). Both Pauly and the manager worked at another mattress company that was bought out last year. I was surprised and pleased when I recognized them here when I accompanied my neighbor mattress shopping a month ago.
This location has all the major brands: Tempurpedic, Memory Foam, Sealy and (my favorite) LATEX BLISS. They have several comfort levels so you can test the beds in stages, progressively getting firmer or cushier at your preference.
They tend to toss in a couple of pillows and a mattress cover as «freebies» when they think you are buying a mattress. Ironically, every person I have been here with has never chosen the same pillow, yet our sales associate or manager ALWAYS inevitably exclaims, «That’s the most expensive pillow we have! But ok, we’ll throw it in.» Do they not know I hear them say that to everyone (including ME when I bought ours months ago)???
Our neighbor did use the free exchange program and Pauly was great about it. No hassles, they didn’t try to overprice the second mattress in order to keep her money. In fact, she received a sizeable refund when she exchanged for a mattress that cost less.
Quite happy with this location. Will continue to bring people here and recommend this location.
