Outstanding results for my facial surgery – exceeded my expectations. No pain; only needed 2 tylenol the first day. Dr. Ott is exceptionally skilled, compassionate, and an excellent communicator. He explained exactly what he’d be doing and gave me clear writen instructions for what I needed to do before & after surgery. He has a professional, efficient office staff; they were easy to deal with, did what they promised, and didn’t keep me waiting to see the doctor.
