Scott helped me to purchase my weekend home. He worked tirelessly to get the deal done. He was a pleasure to deal with — honest, professional, communicative and sensitive to client needs. He set realistic expectations within the price range that I wanted and did not spend a lot of time trying to «upsell». He showed me properties that were within what I wanted to pay (or that realistically could have been negotiated down), but most of all had the features I wanted. Scott also recommended a contractor for some work that I needed done, and I am still using this contractor to date. I recommend Scott to anyone without reservation.

Scott is amazing, honestly…
I am a first time home buyer and knew very little before entering the market. Scott made the entire process so effortless. He was aware of what was needed every step of the way and very in tune with what I was looking for in a property. He never minced words about something he thought should be viewed or avoided and his recommendations were always right on the mark.
Scott is highly knowledgeable, pleasant to work with, knows each step of the buying process and makes everything from the your initial contact with him to closing processes straight forward and dare I say easy.
