Business Owner

Luis, founding member of the firm, was one of the first Cuban Americans to graduate from the University of Miami Law School in 1970.

Over 20 years ago, he settled a case for the loss of use of one arm, for the unprecedented present value of 2.7 million dollars with a 10 million dollar payout. Since then, Luis has obtained verdicts and settlements for his clients in the millions of dollars in Florida state and federal courts.
