This was so much fun! I highly recommend at least the park tour. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They look out for your safety and make sure you have a great time while also being very informative about the area. Joe was our tour guide and he was awesome. Definitely worth the money.

Scheduled a tour through the park on a Friday. Our guide Joe was very knowledgeable about the parks founder and history. It was very educational. i thought the segways would be hard to do, but were sooo easy, and so much fun! They go pretty fast! I would definitely recommend it to everyone interested in having a fun afternoon in Ft. Lauderdale.

Me and my boyfriend wanted to find something fun to do on our vacation so we wanted to walk around a close by state park BUT then we saw that Sunny Seg Segway offered a tour through the same park! We had the best time ever! It was our first time but the staff was super friendly and helped us get accustomed to the segways. Our tour guide Julian was super nice and made our tour a memory we will always remember (: they offer other great things but definitely try out the Segway tours! :D

We had a great time with Joe as our Sunny Seg tour guide! The segs were easy and fun to maneuver. We were three adults and three kids, youngest 8yo. Hard to say who had the most fun! We will be bring more visiting family/​friends to this company.

Soo much fun! The tour began with a video explaining how to properly operate the Segway, followed by a brief practice session. Then our tour began and into Birch state park which was a perfect venue; there were lovely tree-​lined trails, both paved and dirt but easy enough to maneuver, with the assistance of our guide Joe. The trails were seriously fun to navigate and protected from the sun. We rode along the intracoastal, by beautiful cypress trees and had many awesome photo opps:) Joe was informative and professional. Worthy note. The Segways themselves were of excellent quality — they felt sturdy and easy to maneuver. We will definitely bring our visitors to do this again!

We took the 90 minute tour and had a fantastic time! Bruno our instructor was amazing, especially with our daughter! We toured the park and the beach, we highly recommend them!

We only gave 3 stars because we paid for 2X (2 segways) 2.5 days of segway rental and used 1.5. I have been trying since April to get a refund and they say they will work on it and will call back. They don’t. Then they say that they will send us a check and they don’t.
The people are very nice and accommodating though at least while you are in their presents.
AH! I just got a call. The person to deal with is ill today and they SAY they will call tomorrow… will see.

We called and made a reservation as it said to do on Groupon. The deal was excellent. We showed up about ten to fifteen minutes early and there were also a few people in there already getting geared up for their tour. The man inside was amazing getting people adjusted to their Segway he was polite and patient. Bruno on the other hand is why this place is getting a one star review. We were next to get fitted for our gear when he came in and asked us to postpone our reservation for a group of 6 walk ins. He was obviously more interested in money than the experience. He coaxed us into giving up our spot by saying he would extend our tour. We never ended up being able to go due to rain. There was no call back or any type of follow up. All in all make sure you bring a group of people with you as to not get canceled on.

My husband and I scheduled a Segway tour through the park. We were quite delighted with the whole experience. The customer service of all the staff was above and beyond. The experience its self was Sooo cool. We both enjoyed it so much. They weren’t super busy so we were able to park in the rear for free, they offered free water bottles.
At first we thought it would be hard to get the hang of it but with our instructor/​tour guide JASON everything was easy and super fun. He was very knowledgable, fun and took care of us. We were lucky to get some extra time and rode by the beach. Jason also took our phone and filmed a nice short video of us on the Segway, it was nice to share with our family. We had a wonderful time and we will back to rent scooters and bicycles.

It started as a hilarious joke. My husband and I, along with 2 other couples vacationed in Florida earlier this month. To prevent boredom in the more adventurous of our cohort, we interwebbed local activities, and laughingly suggested a Segway tour. I had always thought Segways were only for the Paul Blarts of the world, but Sunny Seg proved me totally and completely wrong.
The booking process is quite easy — we just called the store and made a reservation. Upon arrival, everyone signed a waver and plopped down on a comfy bench to watch the instructional video. Afterward water bottles were distributed, helmets were donned, and each person received a crash course on appropriate Segway riding and manners.
We rode around the store for a few minutes to get our courage up, then ventured outside to the «practice area,» where we all zoomed around a culdesac, up and down a small hill, and learned to start, stop, park, and get on and off.
Once we were deemed ready, we followed our guide like a pack of sweet ducklings to the local park where we were treated to local lore, nature tidbits, went off-​roading (!!), and finally were led to a large open meadow where we had Segway races, found ripe mangoes, and generally had an fabulous and unforgettable time.
I have nothing but praise for Sunny Seg — a truly unique and probably quite necessary Fort Lauderdale experience. Do it. No one will confuse you with Paul Blart, I promise.

This was an awesome and different expeience. Truly fun and enjoyable. We had a great tour guide by the name of Sandra. Very knowledgeable, patient and fun. A must try and must expeience.

I treated my sister to this place for her birthday. We had a lot of fun. When you get in they make you watch a video on what and what not to do on the Segway. Then they get you acquainted with it. They take you around back and let you do a few laps before the actual tour. We did the park tour our tour guide was joe. He said he had only been there for two weeks but he was great. You would have never known. We plan on doing it again!

This was an unforgettable experience. Everyone in the store was extremely friendly and helpful, and they got us on a Segway in less than ten minutes. They even added 15 minutes to our rental time for free so the guide could show us where the best spots were before we went on our own. Then when we got back we wanted to buy more time so they told us we could just go for another half hour. Really a great company and a great location. I highly recommend checking this place out.

My 3 friends and I (all 22 years old) thought this would be a cool thing to do and we were right. A shuttle picked us up for free (Our driver was great and we tried to tip our driver but he refused). We decided to do the hour and a half park and beach tour which included Hugh Taylor Birch State Park (trails and alongside the Intracostal Waterway), some backroads off of A1A, and alongside the beach off of A1A near Las Olas. Ingrid was our tour guide and she was great! She was very encouraging, told us a lot about our surroundings, and took a ton of photos. It’s a little pricey, but definitely something unique and worth the money. If you’re staying at one of the North Beach Village hotels, it’s less than a 5 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for something memorable to do!

Having a boring time in fort lauderdale? This Segway tours saved our vacation and had an absolutely great time segwaying around the park and the city. The owners are very nice and professional. Go rent your Segway and make your time memorable! The Segway has a built in backpack and a phone holder. I look forward to come back, it’s addicting.

Best way to travel around FT Lauderdale ! Best prices and even better tours ! Right next door to our hotel, came here looking for something fun to do and we were not disappointed. Lots of fun!
