If you’re looking for a reliable, trustworthy and smart property management company, then you’ve found it with Swing Property Management.
I have used Swing Property Management for my condo in Miami since early 2009 and I will continue to use them for years to come. They have handled everything for me, from putting up rental ads, screening tenants, providing recommendations on which tenants to select, and handling issues with the occasional «bad» tenant.
Swing Property Management also has great connections with several repair companies in South Florida and were able to renovate my condo recently at a very affordable price.
Michael at Swing Property Management has always been very professional and a pleasure to deal with. He is also quick to respond to questions and emails.
It’s hard to put your trust in someone when you’re thousands of miles away from your property, but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my property except for Michael and his team.
