Lauri is really Amazing. I found her via Unilocal.She helped me organize and de-​clutter my family room. She even gave me suggestions on where to move the furniture which has given the room a nice flow. She gets to work right away and has a really nice personality. She’s easy to work with. I’m so glad I discovered her services. She also worked on organizing my laundry room. While working she offers some helpful tips too on how to stay organized and how to create a system that works for you.

Laurianne came to my newly moved in condo today. She immediately took charge in my kitchen. All cabinets and drawers are now organized.
All bathrooms, bedrooms and living room were then set up and organized.
She then organized every closet and even the storage space I have. All in 3 hours. She IS the miracle worker. My home is now organized and spacious

I was a little hesitant to have someone in my space and see how disorganized I was after moving for the third time in 15 months. I get defeated and hopeless. I decided to text Lauriann and just go for it. For. The moment she showed up she was an amazing listener and was interested in knowing how I wanted to use the space and how I currently used the space. Well now everything is put away and I have never had such harmony ever before in a living space. I have also never had extra space with the same amount of stuff and same amount of storage space to work with. She organized everything I had so that it not only worked-​she organized it so well I still ha w everything and extra drawers and spaces in the cabinets and closets! I highly recommend her for any first timer or pack rat!

After taking the «one day I’ll get it around to decluttering» approach for so long, I finally decided to contact Lauriann, The Clutterologist. It was hands down the BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! She came into my home, and in one day, helped me accomplish what seemed like an impossible task; and her warm personality made it a very comfortable experience. Lauriann uses her talents in such a way that you’ll be left wondering why didn’t you call sooner?
I would recommend this service immediately to anyone who has been putting off the arduous task of decluttering their home or business. Working with Lauriann was a transformational process for me. Stopped in to see Lauriann at the Clutterologist Consignment to drop off a few items and had the pleasure of speaking with Nathaniel. Such great customer service. Happy to turn in 9 pair of shoes and take home one pair. I look forward to stopping by in a few month as I enjoy clearing out my closet on a regular basis and have been turning my clothes into consignment stores for over 25 years!

LoriAnne is the BEST! I never would think that I would ever hire a «Clutterologist». I was dreading organizing my closet (for the 110th time) I usually give up in the middle and within 2 weeks its back to where it was. Seriously the best de-​clutterologist that I know. LoriAnne will take a garage, basement, attic, office, or storage room and change your life. I highly recommend.
If you are busy person (like me) and need a refresh, this lady is amazing. I resist using the term «life changing» but LoriAnne is exactly that. I cannot be more appreciative of the decluttering and organizing with which she’s helped me.

I feel so lucky to have found Lauriann. I had put off organizing for far too long and I needed help to get back on track. Lauriann is so supportive, and doesn’t judge. She’s there to steer you in the right direction and help you make your house a home again. It’s amazing how much you can get done in a 3 hr session too. Lauriann is patient, provides her opinion but ultimately all decisions are up to you. Not only does she help you declutter and organize what you keep but she also helps you get rid of the trash and helps with the donations. She’s amazing and I feel so lucky to have found her. I booked Lauri after my long-​term girlfriend and I broke up and she moved out. My ex was a bit of a hoarder, so while I now had plenty of room and had already made some big strides in cleaning up the place, I needed to create some better systems throughout the apartment to make my life easier.
Within about 15 minutes I knew I had made the right choice. Every single decision was mine, she was just there to guide me along the way. She helped me really think hard about what I need, what I want, and what is superfluous. By the end of the three hours I’d thrown out countless bags of trash, found new homes for plenty of my stuff, and turned my house back into a home.
Lauri is THE BEST. You will not regret bringing her in.

I had a three hour session with Lauri and I feel like my life has been changed! It’s kinda amazing how cleaning and organizing your closet can make you feel like a brand new woman. Not only did Lauri help me reorganize the entire closet, rehang all my clothes, sort by categories and colors, sift through junk, and create 5+ bags of giveaways… she also HAULED THE STUFF OUT. Three hours later, I felt cleansed of crap and could just stare dreamily at my beautiful new closet (and not have to worry about when I was gonna get all those bags to goodwill.)
Lauri is sweet but no-​nonsense. She’s smart, strategic, and motivated. She made me feel at ease, but she also gently pushed me to let go of the CRAP that I’ve been hanging on to for years for no. reason. at. all. I highly recommend her — give her three hours, and then prepare to spend the rest of the day staring at your newly organized space in awe.

I booked a 3 hour session with Lauri. Let me tell you, having a stranger come to your place to organize/​toss the stuff in your house is a vulnerable position to be in. My internal questions included: «will she judge me?» «will she make fun of me for the stuff I have?» «will she look past my crappy IKEA furniture?»
NO WORRIES– Lauri’s top of the line.
She was patient, never overbearing, and saw right through feeble excuses to keep stuff that I got used to holding on for waaaay toooo long. And, looking back at every thing I purged, she was absolutely right.
Not only is she incredible at what she does, she’s also well versed in fung shui!!!
She suggested better arrangements for our 2 home offices and bedroom furniture.
I have to admit that it feels better in the rooms she’s helped with, without a doubt. I feel more effective, productive and organized, which tremendously boosts my morale.
I recommend her to everyone. The Clutterologist is the BEST!!!

Lauriann Stepp, a.k.a. The Clutterologist, is a professional organizer – better known as a miracle worker. She comes to your home or office to help you get your life in order. I’ve used her services several times and each time I“m amazed. A few years ago I called on her to help organize the papers in my home office. One look at my «office» and she understood why I couldn’t keep my papers organized. She gave me a whole office makeover and it was a phenomenal transformation. When I got married, I called her again to help my husband clean out the garage. My hubby was very reluctant to let anyone move the junk (I mean equipment) in his beloved garage. A few hours later he was amazed at how much we accomplished (and how much junk he was able to trash). As a matter of fact, when we recently went to start spring cleaning he actually asked me to call her again. He’s hooked.
Lauriann doesn’t just sit back and tell you what to do. She rolls up her sleeves and helps you do what needs to be done. She’s great about giving you a solution that works for your lifestyle and I feel like she really does have a gift for seeing a solution that most of us miss.
The one thing you have to prepare your self for… trusting her judgement over your own. I was reluctant about some of the changes she made and wanted to do it MY way, she politely but firmly asked me to do it her way for one week and promised she would change it back if I wasn’t convinced. Well, needless to say that by that evening the change had already grown on me and I loved it.
