Todd Rubinstein has been a certified USPTA Teaching Professional for over 20 years, is the Director of Competitive Tennis at the Lauderdale Tennis Club and as well, is the creator of Sunshine State Tennis. He is a former #1 ranked USTA Florida ranked player in 3 different divisions and as well, has been ranked as high as #3 in the United States.

He specializes giving private and group tennis lessons to diverse individuals of all ages/​levels and has worked with ATP, WTA, ITF, USTA and FHSAA players to help motivate and create success on and off the court.

Todd Rubinstein, the founder of Sunshine State Tennis & originally from Hollywood, Florida, is a former #1 USTA Florida ranked singles, doubles & mixed doubles player and has been ranked as high as #3 in the United States. He attended and played #1 singles and #1 doubles for Barry University from 1988 — 1992, which has gone on to win multiple NCAA Division II National Tennis Championships; where as well, he received his B.A. in Communication, his M.S. in Exceptional Student Education and his Ed. S in Educational Leadership. Todd has also been a member of the USPTA since 1993, is a former NTRP rater, was a member of National Finalist Team Florida in 2007, is a two-​time FHSAA Singles Champion, a three-​time USTA Florida Men’s Doubles State Champion and a multiple bronze ball winner in mixed doubles. He is also the author of Amazon’s #2 best selling advertising book, «Standing Naked at 10 Below» & has been featured on The Today Show, Entertainment Tonight & Extreme Makeover Home Edition.
