It’s the worst experience. My services act like nothing I seen before. It as bad as it gets. On and off at will.
It just too much no to tale everyone.

OMG! How do I give them 0 stars? If you want a cheaply pkg, mostly just to get the Internet, you get shit. About 10 English channels, can’t even get ABC in HD. I had better reception with my Walmart $ 9.99 rabbit ears and more channels!

DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT go with this company! Get whatever else you can, even if you have to build your own satellite, build it! I get a text that my bill is ready, it’s substantially lower than it was the previous month, I’m thinking they’re really nice and since I had an issue last month they’re trying to keep me happy. WRONG. This month I not only did I get a LATE FEE and this month’s bill PLUS the rest of what they didn’t charge me! The person on the phone was non-​chalant and told me it wasn’t his problem the online bill was wrong and hung up on me. I called back only to get another person pretty much telling me oh well, they just hadn’t updated the bill and I was stuck. So, I’m supposed to be stuck with two months’ worth of bills plus a late fee because they can’t get their crap together? Why would you message a customer that their bill is ready when it obviously isn’t and then expect them to pay a damn late fee because YOU MESSED UP COMCAST! Not to mention that this is the second time in a row that they do this.
I cancelled my service and I’m using my large 6s at home if I need internet and if I need anything else I’m walking across the street to Starbucks and using that. I was headed in that direction anyways when they put a cap on how much data the people in my area can use anyways. Ridiculous.

This has been a daunting and horrific experience. I called 3 weeks ago to have a simple wire moved in the house from off the floor to instead in the attic. The man that was sent over made 3 holes in my walls and ceiling. Ripped screens out that now need replaced And still left the large cable wire exposed. Jump to frequent calls and appointments in which they don’t even show up to they came tonight and walked around, thought of some ideas to fix the problem and still had to reschedule and come back. So after four visits nothing has changed I’m so dissatisfied with their contracting work and customer service. You don’t leave someone to wait for you all day and not even give them a courtesy call that you will not be able to make it, completely unacceptable.

I had Comcast for 3 years and hated the customer service. Let alone it was always out. I changed to Direct TV and love it. But, my Mom had it and passed last year. I paid all her bills for Comast. Everything was fine until 3 months ago they started sending me bills again. I have contacted them 3 times and assure me it is a credit and a check is comming made out to me since I was paying the bill. Low and behold 3 months later it does. However, it is in my Mom’s name. Her estate is now closed so the check is no good. I contacted them a 4^th time and they had a novel idea, sign her name, or cross her name out. Can you say ILLEGAL! !. So for all you customers; beware Comcast can get back at you even if your dead.

The Comcast is the worst customer service ever and the company always increasing price when you call no one is helping

Comcast in general should get ZERO stars. They have horrible customer service and their techs are lazy. Job is never properly done and you have to keep calling for additional service calls which still don’t get done properly.

So far we’ve been intermittently down for 3 weeks now. Comcast admits they owe me $ 185 for overcharges but, after a week, I have yet to see any credit. No doubt this will be another 5 hours wasted on the phone.
I would like to take this occasion to compliment the fine job our Fort Lauderdale city employees did in awarding this contract to Comcast. I’m sure you all benefitted from the contract. Perhaps some day you could think about more than yourselves and get the rest of us some reliable internet service. At the moment we have Comcast which has been and continues to be a joke. Or, ATT which won’t hook us up to fiber unless we opt for Internet, phone and TV.

To say this company has the worst customer service is an enormous understatement. Good luck getting any help at an actual office location. Lines are always out the door & I don’t think the workers could be an lazier if they tried. They usually decide that breaks are a great idea as the place becomes more busy. Absolute geniuses over there, but you have to blame their supervisors for their awful work habits.
The only thing worse than going to their office locations is having to call this terrible company. You could die waiting on hold, that’s IF they don’t disconnect you repeatedly. I know when I call, that I will be disconnected at least 2 – 3 times before I even get someone to ATTEMPT to solve a problem. Furthermore, you can never believe a thing they say-​each rep will tell you something different, none of which is actually true.
I could write a never-​ending review here that will details the many many many issues I’ve had with them but I’d be here forever. They’ve come to my home and attempted to charge me for service, when all they did was make my connection speed worse. They’ve prorated my bills incorrectly, raised rates with no warning, and what’s worse, I never know what my bill is going to be. It may change from month to month in excess of $ 100. I don’t know why such a huge company can’t determine what my bill will be each month but the morons that run this company definitely can’t handle NUMBERS. I know what my cell phone, mortgage, car insurance payment, etc will be each month, but with the idiots at Comcast, you just never know. These guys will rip you off every way they can. If you go with Comcast you can expect horrible service (internet & cable), clueless customer service reps & repair men & an ever changing bill. I really do believe the only reason ppl get Comcast is bc we have no options here in south Florida. They truly couldn’t do a WORSE job providing cable and Internet services. If you go with Comcast, check your bills carefully & try to be patient with the idiocy you will no doubt have to endure. Ps-​yes I’d give zero stars if I could.

I was so frustrated with Comcast and their ever increasing prices that I finally summoned the courage to «cut the cable». I called customer service and went through the many automated prompts and was put on hold three times before hopefully I would finally be able to talk to a live person that hopefully would cancel my cable service. WRONG. I got disconnected.
I finally decided my best bet would be go to my local Comcast office and talk to a person across the counter. I arrived early so the office was not busy yet and began trying my best to make this person understand how dissatisfied I was with all the price increases and the nightmarish experience I had trying to contact Comcast on the telephone and that I wanted to cancel and disconnect my cable service. I would no longer be willing to pay 179.00 per month for television and internet service. First question out of the customer service person’s mouth was «If we can considerably decrease your monthly bill, will you be willing to stay with Comcast?» First thing she offered was a 50.00 credit on my last bill using some kind of special promo. Next she started slashing my bill until she had reduced the monthly cost down to 125.00. Great! Now the bill was beginning to seem reasonable.
I agreed to stay with Comcast and will probably have to do this dance every year but this kind of savings (over 600.00 per year) is well worth the aggravation. If you are unhappy with Comcast, you might want to call them. Threaten to cancel your expensive cable service and take your business elsewhere. You might reap a huge reward!

After being a Comcast Customer for over 15 years, having moved from California, the Comcast Service Center in Florida is a disgrace to its Customers. After working a 9 hour day on Friday, coming home to my son who informed me we have had no service all day for phone or internet, I called the Service Center for assistance. They determined, after testing, it is a Comcast issue, and the soonest they can get a Technician out to my home is Monday, between 5pm and 7pm. I told them I need phone and internet service sooner than that, I was told that only Business Customers get «same day service.» This tells me Residential Customers are 2^nd class Citizens. This is Not acceptable to me, as a loyal customer for over 15 years.
I plan to call the Corporate Offices on Monday, to complain, as I have recruited many people away from AT&T to Comcast, through the years. I guess Florida feels Residents are 2^nd class to Business. This does not make a loyal Customer want to continue her relationship with a Service Provider that does not value its Residential customers.
Shame on Comcast Service Center, Florida! This will not end here…

You’ve heard it all before but it’s true & for the record, I’ll say it again… COMCAST IS THE WORST COMPANY IN THE WORLD… the WHOLE. ENTIRE. WORLD. Waited for them to figure their ridiculous inefficiency out & almost a month & a half later, I finally said screw them & called AT&T. THANK GOODNESS I DID. Never had a single complaint with AT&T in CA so why on earth I opted for Comcast this time is a complete mystery to me. Took AT&T 4 days to get me service. 4 goddamn days after a month & a half of waiting without internet in 2015. SCREW YOU & EVERYTHING YOU PRETEND TO BE, COMCAST. AS CUSTOMERS, WE (hopefully) HAVE A CHOICE AS TO WHO WE GIVE OUR BUSINESS TO & YOU DO NOT DESERVE TO EVEN BE IN BUSINESS. P-​A-​T-​H-​E-​T-​I-​C.

By far the crappiest provider ever! Buffers my Netflix on my smart tv every 2 minutes but wait I have Comcast xfinity… Lol just another shiny name for people to fall for the squirrel trick. I’m moving in 29 days and going back to AT&T where I pay $ 40 a month and get amazing uninterrupted service instead of paying $ 180 a month for a turds view of a dogs @$$

After trying to resolve a problem for more than 30 days, I finally decided to gather my pieces up and drive down to the «office» and try talking to someone face to face. Well, I really felt like I needed to be wearing body armor while waiting there. People waiting are really angry, and I guess it’s no wonder. This company has the worst customer service ever. I hate it, but they are the only game in town for cable TV/​Internet. After a 30 minute wait, I finally got to explain the problem. The manager came out and took my details and promised someone would get back to me within 2 days (but of course that never happened).
Don’t waste your time here (it’s a dangerous place to hang out anyway). I really seriously worry about safety here, waiting for someone to walk in and start shooting the place up (other «subscribers» who were there were really that upset). I have never felt this way in any other public place before. I won’t ever go back, it’s just not worth the risk. The poor people who work there should be protected just like bank tellers are, behind bullet proof glass! I seriously would not be surprised to see this place on the evening news some time.

Save yourselves a ton of time and frustration. Comcast BY FAR is the single worst «provider» of any service I have ever «received». Provider and received in quotations because they can barely provide the service they promise, and receive because you’ll spend more time waiting in their pickup location to switch out your box or for a technician to come to your house than you will actually watching tv. I’ve lived here for four months. I’ve had to switch out 4 regular DVRs, had several technicians come out, and am currently waiting for them to come out and change my 2^nd X1 DVR after I upgraded from regular Xfinity. This company is absolutely brutally terrible in what they actually provide. Do not do not do not, under any circumstances make the mistake I did. Look at their ratings on here. Go with satellite, other cable or Roku or whatever else you can, but you will deeply regret it if you give Comcast a single cent of your money. Just an absolute sham of a company– and as a business owner, it baffles me that something so incompetent and terrible is able to maintain any market share whatsoever. PLEASE research and choose any other provider than this worthless company.

I was out of work for a couple weeks and was unable to pay my bill. Received a phone call, told them I’d be able to pay in a few weeks, they agreed. Got a call the very next day… Had to explain to another person the situation. Then a week later THE A**HOLES ARE KNOCKING AT MY DOOR AT 9PM! I owe a little over $ 100 and it feels like I screwed over a loan shark. Seriously, what is wrong with you people?

After weeks of frustrating phone and computer chat sessions, our order for an expanded service bundle with infinity TV had gotten stuck and no one seemed able to explain or fix the problem. We finally went to the service center on Federal Ave and received excellent service. They were capable and courteous. It took a while of reviewing many pages of records and an entry number error was spotted and corrected. Kudos to Nicole, she is a wiz!

Waited two weeks for installation. Tech shows up yesterday, goes to get something from his car and leaves. 9 calls and over 8 hours on the phone with Comcast and three additional missed appointments since yesterday morning, someone from dispatch will call me tomorrow before 10am! Really!!! What a joke! I w9 up be out of business if I ran my company like that! A bunch of apologies and empty promises! Stay away!

The worst possible service you could ever imagine. Two days late, came with wrong equipment, then left because he said I had no cable signal. I informed him the previous tenant had service through comcast. So still no cable. No internet. No wifi.
Looking for other cable service providers in the area, I really don’t want to reward bad behavior with my business and the monthly annuity they receive from their customers each month. There’s got to be a better way. They just suck.

Is there some reason why Comcast is not able to bury a cable in my back yard that they promised to have buried over two weeks ago? They keep sending people to my house (this is the second time). The tech looks at it, says it was installed wrong and will send someone back to fix it. The same tech Comcast sent out this past Saturday looked at it and told me the same thing. I’ve been on the phone with your people in three different departments half the day today. Why does no one know what they are doing at Comcast? I’m embarrassed for you. This is why I left Comcast a year ago and went to AT&T U-​verse. I figured I would give Comcast other try. Boy, was I wrong. Some things never change! This is the second time I’ve had to cancel my plans and wait for someone to come to my house and not fix anything: they just leave!
My next stop is a formal complaint to Pam Bondi’s office.

Rating my first time experience there this past Saturday at this service center.
We turning in equipment and another issue.
Got there before 10, aprox 945 and it was already opened. We took a number, 15. I was in my car by 1003am driving away.
Easy, quick, and smooth sailing for me.
So got pissed that they open early, and they weren’t in line, I saw it as a positive. I saw it as wow, I was done by 10.
The agent (PIQ)who helped me was great, efficient, and friendly.

So yesterday, after waiting 2 weeks for a tech to install X1, I still don’t have it. The tech said it was too hot to go into the attic to find a cable that wasn’t delivering strong signal and left the job unfinished! Apparently it was NEWS to Comcast that it’s south Florida, in the middle of summer and attics are hot!
The rub was that I was told I’d get a call from Dispatch last night to have a tech at our house today at 3:30 and no one called. I called this morning and found out they closed my ticket and I was promised I’d get a call back today. No one showed up today. No one called me today. I called back and was promised a supervisor would call me — guess what? No one called. Then I got a voice mail message late this afternoon from Dispatch, advising me that my appointment is August 13!
So not only do I have to wait another 2 weeks for installation, what do you want to bet that the attic will be too hot in mid –August??? Maybe they should only send techs to trouble-​shoot and do installations in south Florida in the winter… OMG how is it that Comcast employees aren’t stalked by dissatisfied customers?
Comcast has absolutely no respect for their customers. Period.
UPDATE: In case you too have issues, here’s the number to their Corporate HQ: 215−286−1700. I called this morning and already heard from a local Comcast office… there is hope… ULTIMATELY a GREAT tech was sent to our house and he did a WONDERFUL job. Corporate customer service followed up after the service call to make sure everything was ok — and X1 is a GREAT product… you just need the stomach to deal with likely runaround.

Ok I rarely give bad reviews, but this place earned it 100%. Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The place is dirty, crowd it and the intentions of make you feel comfortable are minimum. I’ve had always problems with this company and today… hopefully is the last time I have to deal with them.
Please try to avoid this place trust me you wont regret.
