With 0 experience in being the sole person responsible for managing a funeral for my mother, I was down for whatever the local funeral home could provide. Selecting a funeral home was particularly time-​sensitive as they would be responsible for transporting my mother from where she collapsed and died without warning in her home, directly to where she would be cared for posthumously. Frank and his staff were tremendously sympathetic, honest with advice for important decisions, and overly-​communicative. In the 3 days between this horribly untimely death and the service, frank and his staff were available and helpful for all of my needs and patient during my painful time. The most impressive experience I had during this time — I had paid for all the necessary details the day of the intake. Didn’t care what the line items were, just wanted to pay and go. A few weeks later I received a REFUND of $ 159 for whatever had come in under estimate. I was floored. He knew I was vulnerable and not counting pennies and could have pocketed this money. Showed a lot of ethics to send a refund.

The services provided by the Frank Patti Funeral Home when my Grandmother passed were so professional and kind to our family during our time of loss and sorrow. We were so grateful for the details that they handled on our behalf was very appreciated. Unfortunately we have had to use their services for my wife’s Grandfather and Grand Aunt as well. The staff is well versed in the Spanish language, and they were able to conduct the final prayers and Goodbyes in English and Spanish, which was comforting to her Grand Aunts and Uncles who only spoke Spanish. Thank you Frank Patti for your professionalism. I highly recommend them in your time of need.

It was a generally good experience with them because they took care of all aspects of this whole process, and we were very happy with their careful execution and attention to detail to make our loved one look very natural and beautiful. Plus, they were very nice.

I had the unfortunate pleasure of requiring the services of Frank Patti for the second time in less than a year. For both services, the staff, including Frank Patti Sr. And Frank Patti Jr. Were exceptional. I felt very comforted knowing that my beloved Grandparents were in their hands. For my Grandfather’s recent services, Frank Jr. Went above and beyond with the small touches he made to the casket and draping, making a very somber time special to us. He ensured that our wishes, as well as the last requests of both of my Grandparents were followed through with. I was totally floored that he was able to obtain the services of 3 Marines to participate in my Grandfather’s services… At the viewing, my grandfather appeared himself, peaceful and at rest, despite the fact that he had lost so much weight during his 5+ week hospitalization. Caring, Kind and Compassionate throughout the whole experience! I would whole-​heartedly, without reservation recommend Frank Patti!

My father-​in-​law recently passed and we used Frank Patti Funeral Home for services. From the beginning to end, they did everything to make our life so much easier. My father-​in-​law lost a lot of weight during the last year and they made him look like he used to look in better years. Frank Sr and Jr treated us like we were a part of their family. They are professional and loving. They steered us in making difficult decisions easy and didn’t make us choose unnecessary purchases. The littlest details like pictures of my father-​in-​law at the funeral home, church and burial and displaying the American flag and Irish flag by his grave are just a few of the many surprises that made our family very pleased. They honored my father-​in-​law, and we are forever grateful. I would recommend them to anyone!

We used the services of this funeral home for our beloved mother who passed away unexpectedly, and we were very, very disappointed. Our mother prided herself on her elegance, but we were shocked by her appearance at her wake. Despite the funeral home having her picture, her makeup was done poorly, and the area around her mouth was unbecomingly swollen. Our mother did not look like herself at all — she looked terrible. The funeral director made other mistakes, but this was the worst. The funeral director also added additional costs wherever he could, which we found out much later when we compared our high costs to those of our friends at other funeral homes. We feel this funeral home did us such injustice at a time when we were feeling our lowest.

attended a wake and funeral here recently and could not belive the lack of courtesy, professionalism and empathy. when entering the wake people are harangued and forced to walk in certain areas for «crowd control». the owner is rude and cranky and has surely been in the business to long. when you loose your lack of compassion in this type of business, it’s time to leave. countless mourners complained about his behavior at the wake and even at the church chastising family and friends for sitting in rows specifically reserved for them. you would think that after being in the business for so many years you would get your facts straight prior to disrupting mourners at a mass. this owner has clearly had the advantage of being the only place to go to in the area for many years and has loss his sense of civility completely. go somewhere else, the most important thing people should bring back from a wake or funeral should be wonderful memories of the dearly departed not the rude obnoxious behavior of someone not fit to run a zoo.
