Had a rear end go out with brake issues I called Chuck he towed me made sure the rear end I got from the salvage yard was good. Installed it now it runs better than ever. Very happy to see an honest helpful person.

I was stranded on the road for over an hour waiting for this truck and then their chain/​hookups broke and was unable to take me to the dealership so they gave me a discount but that doesn’t cover me getting my car towed with another towing company so now I’m out $ 75 more even with the discount to take it to remaining mileage necessary to get it repaired. Driver was great! The timing to meet the truck was wrong than what was estimated by the representative. And and now difference needed to get a tow was $ 47 to my original destination and now they won’t finish the job and now I have to get a whole Nother tow for more money. All because I live in the city. So I suffer more for my car issues because they have issues with their equipment… shitty service!
