I hated my ice cream! First off got my hole order wrong I got vanilla in a waffle cone and some how got chocolate in a sugar cane. I didn’t know if it was a joke or if there that slow in the head. And don’t ever get me started on how overpriced it was. Not coming back and suggest that you do the same

Slow. As. Molasses. We stopped by around 7:30 pm on a Saturday night, and the line could not have moved slower. It was so slow that I asked the girl behind the counter if I was even in the right line because the other line was moving so much faster. There was a line around the corner in the drive-thru, and there were a ton of people standing in line, and the staff was going in slow motion. The ice cream is fine, but for the wait, I’d rather just run into Publix for a pint.

Nice ice cream shop, freindly service, and very good ice cream. Nothing like a butter pecan waffle cone for lunch.

Rolled up at 9 o’clock on Sunday evening. I know their hours posted until 9 o’clock, but they still had customers in the Drive-Thru and at the window. When I got to the drive-up window comma I asked if they had any birthday cakes left she said yes but she couldn’t sell it to me because they were closed. Very poor customer service seeing as they still had customers at the window. Lost a customer ongoing Tega Cay resident.

The worst and last visit to this location. I brought my relatives and children for a treat, only to be told that the coupons I printed from the company website were not legitimate. While the young man serving us was polite, the manager was very rude and even questioned my integrity regarding the coupons, stating that they were photocopies. They were not photocopies and were indeed printed directly from
Upon explaining to her that the coupons were printed from the website, she responded with, «Let me check,» I live near this location but will not return, due to the rudeness and lack of customer service proved by the manager. Even after illustrating her mistake to her, she still did not correct the situation, which left one person in my party of six without ice cream. She continued with her aggressive tone and even tried to get into an exchange with me. This is the worst encounter I have had, but I see that service and honoring their company coupons is not a priority with management.

My wife’s absolute favorite ice cream place. Pistachio and oreo are her favorites. Waffle cones are really good! Haven’t tried a flavor I haven’t enjoyed.

Portions are huge. I recommend a waffle cone to hold all this goodness. The Fudge ripple was delicious! Adding chocolate sauce to it would’ve made it the bomb. On a day when it is 100+ w/the humidity, this is the place to be!

Great, I love coming here in the evening to get a milk shake. They have the best shakes around. The place has no indoor seating, and the outdoor seating is extremely limited which is why I am deducting a point. Also, they get really really crowded during the«season» so come late at night just before closing … it will be cooler outside anyway.

Nice touch to offer fresh local strawberries in season to flavor of the week. For the kids, they get free small cones with candy eyes under a certain height. I got the chocolate mint ice cream. It had big chips of chocolate and a nice smooth minty taste. Others in our party got sea salt caramel and peach melba all good seasonal favorites. A nice place to take the family for ice cream.

I’m not a fan of any ice cream but there iceys I love. They’re authentic and made with real fruit. No artificial flavoring. The only thing missing is minor kids activities.

Little pricey but very good! Seasonal ice cream 3 variations of Pumpkin really good. Also have apple dumpling. Great place would visit more often if price was reduced or specials offered.

not a huge fan of this location of Brusters. We have been a few times and have found the service to be slow and the servings to be inconsistent at best. I have been to other locations and been satisfied with my experience, but will choose to avoid this one in the future.

I’ve only been here three times. Not really crazy about the icecream. It doesn’t taste fresh. Apple dumpling is NASTY !! I do not recommend it at all. It is not even worth a penny.

Best variety of ice cream! Friendly service… Open till 10 pm not 9 pm as Unilocal mentions. Their death by chocolate ice cream is really good. They also have a doggie ice cream which my dogs love. They have good seating area too!

How can you not love this place? The ice cream is awesome! I had butter pecan on my latest visit and to my pleasant surprise the pecans had a slight saltiness to it which really added to the overall flavor of the ice cream! The portion sizes are huge and I barely finished it!

Ice cream in a stand alone little box, served by teenagers working their way through high school. At least a dozen or more flavors, sure they have the usual Chocolate and Vanilla, but I like the ones that rotate through like Chocolate Peanut Butter Buckeye and Blueberry Cobbler. Yummy. There’s space to park and sit while you eat your ice cream. Or you can do the drive through and take it to go. I used to get the medium, but lately I find that the small tends to satisfy the cravings.

Still trying to figure out the«real» ice cream below the sign… does that mean I’ve been eating fake ice cream this whole time? Got here around closing time, but the staff was still friendly and gave us our orders. I tried their«Blast» which is their version of a DQ Blizzard. The size was good for the price and the ice cream was very creamy. I was feeling very un-original that night so I went with vanilla with brownie chunks. It was very good… and filling. Probably not the best idea at 10pm, but it satisfied the sweet craving I had. Their other flavor combinations seem interesting so it definitely will be a must stop and try the next time I am around the Lake Wylie area.
