Got here at 8:55 and as I was walking up to the door the girl inside locked it. I come here a lot since it’s one of the only places close to home. I guess I’ve been taken for granted bc she told me through the door they close at 9:00. I wouldn’t be upset if it was 9:00 or later.
I guess these guys have more important things to worry about. After all, they make sandwiches for a living!

I agree this place can be a hit or miss (usually a hit) I gave it five stars because 80 percent of the time the owner is there making sandwiches and really trying to bring his business to the next level a real hard worker.

This is the only Subway franchise in Fort Mitchell, and we go there often as it is so close to home. It is locally owned and operated by a wonderful family that is an asset to our community. I have never been treated with anything less than a friendly smile and welcome, and everyone has been very polite and professional. The food is always top quality Subway fare and I have never had a complaint in over a hundred visits. The location is great and I anticipate they will be there for a very long time to come.

Can be a hit or miss. Check the fixings before you order sometimes they look old. Some of the workers seem to be bothered to be making a sandwich.

This subway is brand new to this area and is great! Being one of the few restaurants in the area, the wait can be a little longer than you would expect sometimes. Service and food are great. I love the new flatbread they have come out with.
