I have been with this branch of Wells Fargo Advisors for over ten years. During that time I have had an excellent experience with the company and my adviser, Paul Listerman. They have always treated me very fairly in terms of fees, and have helped me experience great success with my investments. I have always been treated in a professional and courteous manner as well. I would recommend both Wells Fargo Advisors of Fort Mitchell, and Paul Listerman, to all of my family and friends.

This branch has a reputation with my professional network for unethical practices. In my personal experience of working with Paul Listerman, the fees and expense ratios of his selected funds were not disclosed. This cost me more than $ 18k, as the front-​load fees are not recoverable. My co-​workers assume this commission went straight to Paul’s personal bank account.
Because Wells Fargo Advisors is a subsidiary, they may have less quality control over the advisers they employ. I hope Wells Fargo corporate is able to rectify the situation by training the staff and «vice presidents» at this branch.
