Best Western Fort Myers Inn & Suites

We went during the time of remodeling and it was okay I guess. The outside looked wonderful and «fancy» while the inside was «under construction». The rooms were weird in that the bathroom sink was in the room instead of the bathroom, which threw me off but the breakfast was good.

Semi quiet, semi clean, heavily worn bedding, dated room, bright yellow with plastic corner guards, worn carpets that make you want to wear shoes all the time, dim hallways.
Friendly staff, the property is just Very Tired and can’t compete.
For an extra $ 20, move up a level to a Hampton Inn, Hilton Garden, Residents Inn, Springhill, etc.
You’ll be glad you did.

Not bad at all, not bad.
Staying 3 nights for work I have in the area; I usually have my company book my in an extended stay so I can cook my own food but there weren’t any reasonably priced ones in the area for these dates so they booked me here.
Room is VERY spacious, I’m sure I could do a cartwheel in here. Instead of a random chair near the bed, they have a recliner. Let me say that again, the room has a RECLINER.
The ac unit works perfectly, kicks on quite often to keep the room cool but isn’t overly loud.
What sold me was the breakfast, they spare no expense. Upon check-​in the breakfast area may not look like much, but they have eggs, sausage patties, fresh (not waxy or tiny) fruit, yogurt, and muffins I would normally expect to see behind glass at starbucks. I really like to get a good amount of protein in the morning, which many hotels lack, but they deliver in droves. Stay here.

The hotel was nice although it is being remodeled. However, we left for the day and when we returned, nothing had been cleaned, trash still in cans. The next night when we returned to the hotel, there was a water leak in the bathroom and the carpet in the room was soaked. They moved us quickly and courteously.

Nice place. Beautiful clean pool. Great service! Enjoyed our stay.

I have to start by saying that I thought I was checking into a different Best Western BUT I’m so glad I booked here. The ladies at the front desk were amazing. Great personalities and since I am a Gold Elite member (after this trip I am now Platinum) I was given a free upgrade. They also give a great recommendation for dinner. I will definitely be back to this Best Western.

This hotel was way overpriced for what we experienced. The upside was the pool was very nice and seemed the grounds were well maintained. The breakfast was lovely in the morning. The staff at the desk were very nice with the exception of the one female attendant that worked on the weekend that apparently thought a smoking break was ok, when there was no one to cover the desk and left the phone unattended and left us and a few others at the desk looking for some help. Asked for extra towels to be left n the room nightly, was told by front desk staff to fill out a card, did this twice during my one week stay and still had to go down every day because they did not leave extra towels. Asked for the linens to be changed daily and this was not done either. There was mold on the walls of the room and in the bathroom. It appeared they knew about this but attempted to paint over it, and the mold continued to grow thru their attempt at a fix. The water pressure in the shower was so sad, I had to stand in the shower for quite some time to rinse the shampoo from my hair because the water flow was too weak. We stayed in March of 2015 and at $ 179 /​night it was very sad. This hotel apparently is a AAA motel, we were very disappointed. Did ask for another room when we saw the mold but they said they were sold out and didn’t have any to give us. Will not stay at this location again.

If you don’t mind hearing your next door guests’ conversation and their every move, this is the place for you.
Other than the the noise disturbances being a bit annoying this hotel was very well maintained. Staff was very helful and friendly as well. For about 70 bucks you get a very clean room and complimentary continental breakfast. Not bad at all. On Saturdays they serve that from 6 –10 am.
