First the good stuff; Close to beaches, groceries, restaurants, drugstores and about whatever you may need. They don’t fill propane tanks but a truck comes through regularly and does. Now some not so good stuff. Pet’s allowed but I won’t say pet friendly. Even if you’re at the front don’t walk pets in that open space. Don’t dare walk them down the center area either. I received a particularly nasty message for doing that. I was also told upon check in not to allow pets to go at my site either. doesn’t have a fenced area. The designated pet area is long narrow and runs the outside perimeters of the park. Just the sides not the front back or middle. Poor lighting and one side borders a drainage ditch that always has standing water. So as soon as you step out of your RV drag your pet down the middle of the road to the narrow strips on the edge. The not so great stuff; if you are in a big rig space is tight and it’s not easy to maneuver. The majority of spaces are taken by permanent trailers/residents. Spaces are very close. They really pack you in like sardines. If you want wifi you pay a deposit for modem and pay monthly for service same applies for cable TV. Again, if you are in a large RV be prepared to maneuver in a lot of tight spaces. If you want to buy a tiny trailer that you never move then this is your kind of place.
